Blademaster or Seeker

I know already people have posted something like this. Which of these classes does the most burst damage (Alot of damage in a short amount of time) and also just for thinking which class can hit the most, Wizard right? Please can you show me the comparisons between the Blademaster and the Seeker. Thanks.

    There was another thread on this issue, but I can't find it. I think they were arguing that Seekers have better AOE - Vortex - and can earn more money zhenning. I'm still not sure why.

    To be honest, I like BM because their AOEs help the whole squad. HF allows the whole squad to stack more damage on mobs and bosses. Fissure slows monsters down if cleric is in trouble. Stuff like that. Also you have Shadowless Kick which interrupts skill channeling which I personally find awesome.

    Most impt for me is the ability to AOE grind. Seekers can do it easily too but I like how BMs have different AOEs. It makes things fun and varied. :D

    Well, PWI allow us to have two chars, why not both, and then choose the one you like most as your main

    Bms do more "burst damage" on a single target if they have aps. Seekers beat bms up for aoeing though (in pve) bms on the other hand (imo) have the best aoes for pvp.
    id say barbs can hit the most but that is only one skill where as most of wizzies or psychcs skills hit high.

    I would disagree with that. I guess it really depends on how short a time you see "burst damage" as. To me that means a matter of a few seconds. A seeker can Battousai, Blade Affinity, Ion Spike, Gemini Slash, Arme Nier, Battousai in about 6s. Even with my mediocre r8 +5 blade thats about 85-95k. (This is also all from a range of up to 20m).

    A BM with 5 aps would do that if they averaged 2800 or so a hit which should be easy enough with matching refines (+5 deicides), but any aps level lower isn't going to match that burst unless they vastly outgear the seeker. The BM also needs to be in melee range to do that, and it is single target. (Gemini Slash and Ion Spike are aoe which could be good or bad depending on situation).

    I guess my point is "burst damage" wise, both classes are about equal. AOE - Seekers win in pve, pvp is again about even. BM easily outclass a Seeker for sustained dps however.

    BMs have the highest potential for burst damage due to HF.
    Seekers have higher consistent burst damage.

    my 97 bm with only 2.22 aps can do more than 95k in 6 seconds and i only have +4 deicides with 1 flawless garnet shard.
    BMs can also have high "burst damage" on aoes if they use their skills and timing correctly.
