Indeed, they are used to craft equipments in the forges. You're in the proper level range too, so you can get 3 star level 40 wristguards if you manage to gather 9 Xenobeast Blood, 9 Claw Blood and some low grade materials. Not difficult considering they are worth almost nothing.

Have you tried the level 54 Foxwings near Misfortune? If you're having difficulties grinding, perhaps you should try different equipment or combos. Do you keep your Winged Shell up?

In either case, what I meant is that the higher level has the benefit of running it untabbed with relative ease if they want the drops, while the lower level player will not have access to that benefit for quite a while. In both cases talking solo/untabbed.

I think you missed out the word "solo" in my sentence. Never meant to imply it wasn't possible with a similar level squad.

Sounds like you want to have your cake and eat it too. If you actually need/want a certain item off an instance, why don't you run it untabbed by yourself? You're a veno, you're actually able to do that, unlike the "little noobs" who have no chance in hell to solo their quest, and won't see a drop like that again until…

I find this skill VERY useful to solo certain bosses, which I do a lot helping people in my faction. The DoT is quite nice, but the main reason for me to use it is the 30% slow that lasts those 30 seconds. Mix it with Frost Arrow's 50% and melee bosses are pretty much stuck running in place.

I use the WASD keys or click around if I'm feeling lazy. Space bar to jump, space bar in the air for a double jump. Right click moves the camera around, scrolling wheel zooms in and out.

Most of the time archers are fine just standing there and using skills to avoid the monsters get close.
