I think negativity truly is an issue (especially in f2p games), but it is possible to lower the number of occurrences (and possibly severity) of this negativity. After 94 rolls, I finally got int on my chest! I run into this issue often as well (since putting multiple items in bank happens frequently) and it's pretty annoying. Nothing that you can't adapt to by just slowing down (or optimizing how fast you put in stuff by learning the minimum amount of time you need to wait) though.
