It would not be endgame legendary armor if it was easy to get. Keep in mind TT 90 and 99 may be the last armor normal players are able to get. If one has high level connections successful level 3 TT runs should be a non issue.

If a joke class was made few would play it enough to make the idea worth it. I would not mind more casual silly items though.

Eh since the question is so broad, I would suggest finding a faction so you learn the game quicker and learn social skills you need for later gaming. Newbee factions are very helpful, and if you are not annoying about it should answer your questions instantly.

If you are a newer player I would go with the psychic, they seem to have the most rounded abilities, and you learn more from it than you would a wizards and is somewhat easier to play.
