good night and lost the ring and I can not rank2 rank3 board would like to know if there is any way to get it again

    The bold text mean, you can't trade it to someone, discard it or sell it to an NPC. And it's protected from death, which mean you can't lose it if you die. So what i think is there is no way to lose it, after you get it, except if you exchange it for rank II one.
    So check you inventory, check your bank, check your stash(if you use it).
    I think you will be able to find it somewhere, cuzz there is really no way to lose it.
    If you still can't find it, then login to pwi.perfectworld.com and go under support. Go under submit a ticket and tell them about your problem.

    Check to see if you have it equipped, if you can't find it in your inventory or bank.

    you sure you ever had the thing in the first place? if not, you can just go get it and then immediately upgrade it.

    you sure you didn't hand it in for the rank 2 upgrade already? that, AFAIK, is the one and only way to get rid of it. if so, you can just go get the rank 2 ring by now, if indeed you really want it.

    if neither of the above are true, all i can say is open a support ticket.

    Just talk to the rank II officer again. The exchange from rank I to rank II has 2 parts. 1st part you hand it in and wait some time. 2nd part, you talk to him again and he gives you the ring back - improved. I guess you just did the first part of it and did not talk to him again.
