Hello, i'm new at the game and i want your opinion. Wich is the best class in game and why?

    My general answer :
    There is no best class.

    The epic gamer answer :
    There only best player.

    My bored answer for pvp class :
    Maximum attack speed or 5aspd BM, Assassin, Archer, Barbarian
    Super Refined Psychic / Super Refined Wizard / Super Refined Cleric
    Heavy legendary pet veno / Vit legendary pet veno / Mag legendary pet veno
    Warsoul user or Unlimited charm user

    My answer for PVE or money making class :
    5aspd OR refined BM, Archer, Assassin, or Barbarian solo high lv instance(though seem the instance changes make it a bit harder to solo for now)

    Venomancer (low down time, low cash for repair, capture rare pet though very hard today) but may need extra cash for legendary pet since many players today pretty harsh to venomancer that don't have legendary pets.

    Barbarian or Cleric for the sake of party based instance drop money making plan.

    Any other class that can one hit mobs to gather item quickly or aoe around.

    My based of player rank answer :
    GM
    Heavy Cash Shopper
    Hard Core Players
    Diligent Players (or some people call it no life)
    Casual Players
    QQ Players

    My conclusion answer :
    You need cash to make the best class. b:victory
    or
    You need to play for a long time to make the best class. b:dirty

    There isn't OVERALL best class. However, when you part a game, you can see that some classes are better than the others in some part.

    Assasins are best for 1v1 PvP.
    Wizards & Archers shine in TW.
    Venos are great at PvE and making money.
    Barbarians and Clerics are always invited to FBs, Bhs etc.

    Venos are great at PvE and making money. True, however they lose it all because endgame hercs and nixes are required.

    Barbs - Hard to play (If you intend to play properly), expensive and weak.

    Clerics - Expensive (Charm/pot cost), 'abused'.

    Assassins - High DPS, good PVP and nice skills (Blood Paint and Stealth for example), their INTENSE squishiness evens it all out.

    Psychics - High Magic DPS, many buffs/debuffs, insane damage, everything kills you in 1-2 hits.

    Wizard - High damage, slow casting, less squishy than psy.

    Blademaster - High dps with fist/claw builds, one of the best lategame pvp classes. Can solo TT lategame

    Venomancer - Good PVE.. Can solo most things. Expensive because finding squads for things such as FC are extremely hard if you don't have herc. Also a nix is required to get into just about any decent faction on a server. (That's like 400$) Can solo TT with Herc. Except updated GBA boss.

    Archer - Good DPS. Lots of crits and nice base attack.. Good gear is required for just about anything after 80.

    However, the opposite is also true. So that makes it worth it.

    Thats not true, you can make a tank build for a psychic, so he will last longer

    The best class is the one you enjoy the most since the game is balanced. The only class that is PVE overpowered is Venomancers and that is only with Hercs. Sins can be a contender if played right as well. Play what you enjoy because if you hate a class you won't play it as well.

    Well there are two things you could mean by a tanking psychic.

    urDian's build which is intense expensive with tons of defense levels.
    or a build similar to ezzance, with a sh*tload of vit and hundreds of dollars spent to make up for lost magic attack :l

    Wizzies don't have White Voodoo, don't have so many buffs to help them. And, saying Wiz has "good" DMG and Psy "insane" isn't true. Wizards are the best DDs, they just don't have as good DPS as Psychics. But who can compare in DPH to them? Also, when in Sutra, they beat any other class in DPS.

    Don't forget psychics also have a sutra aka "Tide Spirit," it not only increases they're channeling it also increases weapon damage by 55%. b:chuckle

    The long answer is that all classes excel in their own ways and you should choose depending on your play style.

    Psychics have to nerf their damage to gain defence, lol. Wizards don't.

    couldnt have said it better myself :)

    p.s. The only niche wizards still fit in is magic aoe spike damage (our ultis). We've been replaced in every other category (lol @ saying we have good dps.. even in sutra we dont even come close to the dps of an interval char)

    in sutra we can get off like 3 atks and thats in 6 secs that 2.0~ish compared to BMs/Archers/Sins we cant do shiit for DPS
