Fatalis has some potential since Asuras disbanded and went to them, but guild merges RARELY ever work out. There are often severe clashes of opinion on how to lead the guild, what they should do, etc, and they like to play hot potato with leadership and officers. Not to mention Titanicus is finicky with his factions..

It's a cheap alternative to wasting money on Guardian Scrolls/binding charms. It's not all that useful in PvE, but in PvP it's godsend. Only issue is that your gear shatters with SL on and then you need chi stones to repair it.
