What a despicable way of trying to recruit people - attempting to bribe them away from their current faction. I have no time for people like that. It just proves one thing though - money's ALL they have to offer... b:chuckle

Its understandable that the theft on narla is really high and public, also i understand that the above SS is just a joke between 2 friends, the fact that EIusive is trying to recruit from different factions doesn't rule out. Weren't you approached by Fatalis that a few of ur guild members tried to poach people out of there ? and also tries on Narla members are also common in this regards. What i would actually say is this, you may not be a bad person but a few people whom you choose to be a part of ur faction are apparently big time asses. But again, i would also say that even with the millions of coins and thousands of apoth gone from narla, it STILL stands strong. The fight was tough and long, but still you need to work a lot. And also it was a facepalm to all those who actually thought they could win with a gank. Well there u go Narla still stands strong. Also Proski ask a few of your people not keep bugging Narlans during TW asking about the strength, really annoying actually.b:bye

Why would it be bad to try and recruit people from narla? Most of Narla aside from the originals are disloyal faction hoppers, that now pride themselves on somthing that was already done for them anyway.

Take those people away, and put them back where they came from, narla would have been dead long ago. Narla really in the grand sceme of thngs isnt narla alone, its really an accumulation of disloyal players from the REAL struggling factions that fed it.

What I find funny is those players in world chat bragging, and thanking people for a "real challenge" as if they some how had any part of earning it from the start.

I really do agree with vampi. The theft thing was horrible and it upset everyone. I know I was crying when I heard the news (I'm a wus, I cry very easily b:surrender) But, after it sunk in for a bit, the whole faction rallied together. Everyone went out and started farming. People who supposedly quit the game came out of hiding. The theft really brought the faction together.

And the original Narlans aren't the only loyal ones. I am not an original Narlan, I was in several factions before I came to Narla. I even consider myself a faction hopper in my lower levels. But, in the few weeks I have been here, Narla has quickly become my home. The day I leave is the day I quit the game.

I really have to thank Proski and Elusive for helping make Narla more active. Everyone's been working on gearing up and leveling now that we have some real competition. I look forward to future TWs with you.

second, even if we were trying to take members and offer something in return for joining us... whats the problem? This is a tiny server, there's no way we can make a force without trying to recruit members from current strong factions. We're doing our best to recruit anybody, we're not targetting specific people. Chill out. The only reason many had joined Narla was because you guys had a lot to offer as well: TW money, active FC/TT/BH members, etc... it's all bribing, but of course, narla will disagree because.... well... you're Narla.. everything you say is right and everything somebody else says or does is completely wrong... even if its the exact same thing.

Few weeks back a member of your faction lost an item in PK. Somebody from a faction I was in kept it and didn't return it. The drama went insane. Kept talking about how we were pricks and how you had no respect for that faction or any of our members cuz of that. I had nothing to do with taking that item, PKing that person; I actually insisted to that person to return it. The next day I dropped a very valuable item to Narla. I had some friends in Narla who i asked to work with so i can get my item returned. Narla did what that guy did even after they kept saying how much of a jerk move it was... they kept the item and in the end, the way i got it back was by paying for it. Well, just recently I dropped again. I asked to have it back and was completely ignored. I didn't even deal with it. Luckily, it wasn't something important, but I was still upset because of an agreement Narla had with Elusive on a drops policy. A few minutes later, Sharpie_ drops his fly mount. We actually returned his fly mount and anybody can ask him. Even after you guys didn't follow your drops policy which your leaders had agreed to, we still kept our etiquette in tact because we don't want people leaving this already small server over something so silly.

That same reason we give back items, is the very same reason that brought Elusive together. We want some excitement in our server. PK, TW, COMPETITION! That is the only way to keep this server alive as long as possible. But it seems Narla takes it to heart and took it personal as if we hate them. WE DO NOT HATE NARLA. Granted, we joined together to fight Narla, but it's nothing personal, we just want to compete because it's fun and it's exciting. That can be shown by how we act towards you guys outside west gate. We don't KoS. Sure, like 10% of the time we will gank a Narla when they go out there and trash talk us, but often time (most of the time) we will allow them to hang out with us out there and try 1v1s FOR FUN. When Narla goes out there, they only go out there with like 20-30 of their members and then they trash talk when we won't go out anymore. The reason we don't go out is because the 10'ish people in Elusive that are usually active PKers don't stand a chance with like half of your guys's force but you choose to neglect that.

Mango then tries to act all benevolent on world chat and general chat, but behinds closed doors, hes the most arrogant, hypocritical jerk I have ever had the chance to come across in PWI. I wish I could have screen shotted all the PMs he left me yesterday so that you could all see the true colors of your leader.

Anyway, just to end this:
I don't hate Narla. I have a lot of friends there who's friendship I treasure and I would gladly have in real life. This is a game to me which I use to neglect my rl problems so I don't let any of this bother me. Win or lose in TW and PK I keep a smile on my face because I still had that thrill to compete with the best. a 45 minute TW vs Narla was more than any other faction has done recently and that makes me very happy and proud. You can't really say it was much of a handicap because you had your full force against us since Impulse and Fatalis were taken out in like 10 minutes. I am looking forward to more action with you guys. Hate it or love it, Elusive is here to stay because what we're doing is right whether you will all have the logic to agree or not. Kirkitsune seems to get the point. "Elusive has actually brought Narla together". <- We want that. We also want that for the whole server, though. Not just for you. This game is **** without competition. Nuff said.

It is to my understanding that the rule to give back pk drops in Narla had been gotten rip of because it was so unpopular. It's up to the person who got it to give it back. If they don't want to, they don't have to. But, I don't really pay attention to the pk rules because I don't pk. But, when I go to look at Elusive's website URL="http://eiusive.mmoguildsites.com/"]http://eiusive.mmoguildsites.com/[/URL giving back pk drops is rule #3. So, are you saying Elusive doesn't enforce its own rules?

That's not a bribe-its offering aspects of what we CAN do that's built in the game and we offer the service faster or more reliably on a constant basis. And we've recently had our TW pay striped due to the update (Have fun with your 150 mirages). You did target people from other factions that are considered power players or "OP"-Ive heard the stories of people in Elusive trying to recruit specific member out of Fatalis and Impulse so its not completely innocent. Stop trying to make us out like we won't listen to anyone else's opinion-we have REJECTED people who wanted in for money before when they blatantly listed it as a reason. People came and inquired about US-we didnt really try and actively recruit from other factions (but if our members are actively harassing people that's different and that isn't right). I myself will not say a word about recruitment unless the person INQUIRES about it.

Well if your spy was handling itself better than just spewing Doomed's comment in faction chat it would have already known that our PK policy had to be changed-and you can thank Celestial/ transition into Elusive for that bit of nonsense. When Miz/Auth jerked Kaiser around about his drops with the "OBO" nonsense and then you made the oh so eloquent WC about "There's a pretty nice necklace in the AH for 11 mil.." well...that sealed the deal. And Oni got ganked after an FC and dropped his stuff-so I don't see YOU enforcing that rule. We dropped ours because people were incensed about the fact that they did not trust you guys. When you did that WC people were watching. And they didn't like what they saw. That reputation carries whatever faction you're in and because of that, things ended up getting changed. Which effectively, if Narla had no beef with anyone (again, your spy should have fed you our whole discussion on that thread when it started...seriously) they usually would return stuff back but "it' not the person it's the faction over your head" was the response we got when stuff hit the ceiling.

He was pretty ticked that you engaged him while he was dueling someone which is what I asked about what was going on when I saw the ridiculous WC's going out. I'm not really too concerned on it only because I wasn't there to see anything happen.

What was does to us...what happen to our apoth (the thing I treasure alot in the game) that was NOT the right way to do it. There's other ways of getting IG seriously and becoming arrogant walking into our vent and saying "Oh, well I have 10 people who supply me IG and even if that goes away I can still get more.." Some of the late night WC make me seriously wonder if you really say you don't hate.

The whole server can't grow without maybe cashing as much as HT was cashed out (which if you ever bode from there well..lets just say the market is wonderful and thriving there before the TW update.) People have to have the drive to grow-just us and mabe 2 other powerplayer factions cant do it alone. We cant FEED people the PowerThirst to make them run like Kenyans they have to reach for the can themseleves.b:cute

We were brought together yes-but we were brought together in the passion of being severely wronged. Alot of things were messed up all in the same timeframe-our TW sign ups, our vent, our banks...and to suddenly have apoth missing and seeing barbs pop IGs like candy well...that was our handicap we had to deal with. If we didn't have the players we have now (and Im saying the players who may not be as CS'd but work their HEARTS out, more than I can say for some.) we wouldnt have survived. They answered the call in our greatest need and we succeeded.

On HT server, Kat, it was Enrage and Tao from what I remembered. When Enrage had this "wave of red" where a bunch of their people ran though Arch blood red name a bunch of WC hate went out against them...being in a top TW faction made me realize something-that while very few things about their anger towards the top factions is valid (perhaps someone that was a part of Enrage wronged them somehow or something stupid transpired between them privately), there are people in those factions. They might be punching walls in, crying, wanting to throw their computers out the window because they get hated on so much. I feel horrible now for turning that dull dislike on Enrage when I never really knew who they were...it seems so silly now. Now that I think about it, I never really saw Enrage's leader go into WC for the time I was on HT...an hardly saw any of their members in it sans them selling stuff or joking with some people/sticking up for the faction when people were on a trash rant that day. Then again I digress-I wasn't on for a long time on HT anyways but I saw what I saw XD

O__o I was commenting on the off hand comment about the "orchestrated hit" on the banks. Cable had posted the same thing on our forums and I was messing with him saying that Cable should give me that 50$ (since I can stalk him in RL anyways cough cough)

Some people on both ends are taking it personally because of the Celestial background and then the transition into Elusive but I'm not even going to bother with that can of worms b:shocked
