Welcome, welcome, all you have made it this far & the Expansion is upon us.
Post here about the update, whether it's good or bad. If there's any issues/bugs please report them here so we can pass them forward to the staff. We will be keeping a list of issues in this post and will try to update the status of each one as information is sent.
Anything not related to this will be removed.
Apologies for lack of maintenance notices as we are short staffed at this time.

Edit: List of Current issues the staff is aware of & working on.
1. Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error.
Possible Solution's in the meantime are as followed,
(A)Have latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library installed.
(B)Reinstall of Whole game.
Notes: If Progress bar is still patching behind error pop up, may be possible to finish without closing the error window. Team will be checking if another patch is needed.
2.Rank 9 PWI exclusive version forges & Grade 16 forges in Warsong/Lunar glade missing.
Response : Missing forges will have to be added in another patch or maintenance.

3. In game announcements for opening packs.
4. TW Reset Schedule
Response: The TW map was supposed to be reset for this content update, so we'll have to bring this up if it can be reset again in near future.
5. We've Heard that some of the newly added quests aren't working.
***EDIT - This has been Fixed on some including Veno Cage quest****
Response: If you have any specific instances of that occurring, We'll be gathering up a list of quests that need to be fixed.

I get an runtime error when updating .

I cannot update it froze and will not let me restart update. Is this a large update and is anyone else having issues?0

This update is broken, i started patching fine now keep getting a stupid bloody Microsoft Visual C++ error
everytime i try run the patch no matter which patch i choose..

Servers will be down for longer than usual due to the update.
This means patching my also be a problem when the servers get busy.
Please be patient as the team work through issues.

From what I'm seeing servers are online.
As I've said patching can be painfully slow due to demand.

Not as of yet its very early at the moment so office wont be open for a few more hours. If your still haveing the issue please make sure you report it using the ticket system. Ill be posting a list of bugs ETC later.

I would check that your Visual C++ Runtime is up to date as a first call. Since eveyone is not having this issue I would say is possible.

Seems now we get a world chat announcement when someone gets a random S- grade War Avatar Card.
Dont think we need that and since there are 30+ S cards it will be very annoying.

Veno quest does not seem to work, cant capture the huggy hares at 50% or less.
Barb quest code for chest is in chinese.
I have targeted mobs to kill in NF but no quest to kill them (they are highlighted and mapped).
I can't play in full screen mode, if i tab out the game crashes when i tab back in.0 -

Lol Well, I know Gearbox is not responsible for CN updates, just like others claim in the past. But it seem They are continuing the tradition of bugging up PW updates. 14 Years and only 1 update had no trouble.0

This is a real problem. And need to be fixed ASAP.
People pay to make R9 gears.
If its not possible to make them anymore then why even bother selling Medal of Glory and General Summer Tokens.
Also i liked to make G16 gears for alts and helping people start up this game.
I dont think new people will be strong enough to do TT4-1 or TT4-2 wearing G15 gears.
To craft G17 gear.
But then again there is also Rank8 gears.
They can be good but can also be costly.
Fix this !

@heero200 NW/WS/Lunar forges, and WC seems equal to the chinese server, could you ask the staff if there will be a fix for this or they will just remove the pwi's exclusives and make it equal to the other servers around the world?0

still getting the runtime error thing. deleted, and reinstalled both arc, and pwi and I can't get around the error message no matter which download patcher I use >:(.
if monkey r9 3rd cast and warsong 2nd cast wep aren't available with this new patch, then there's no reason for me to worry about it not working since those things were the only reason I was going to even come back to this buggy game0 -
The New tome does not have a +magic stat and only have dex and str.
The new sky daily has a bug, where you are told to "kill when red appears", but red never does.
I'll try and see if can spot any more new issues not listed above0 -
did driver update,newest version of visual c++...still the same prob with error message <.<
