Forum Avatar and Information Reset

Well I was looking at my forum avatar and wondering why it hadn't updated to reflect Shulkie is now 101 and somehow managed to reset my forum name to my account default rather than my specific main character. Also losing not only my original forum join date, but my custom title and post count. b:surrender

I have also lost access to my forum messages.

I don't suppose there is anything that can be done to reset these to what they were?
