Is it me or the EG skin texture will only work on TB/EG chars? Since when I tried to use it on other races characters the result was rather weird with blank space within the face contour and cross-shaped patch with previous skin color covering brows/eyes/mouth.

Yes, swapping the EG skin texture only works with TB (and vice versa), not the older races. This is because both the newer races use a similar facial mesh and the face texture covers the entire face, not just the cheeks and such like the older classes.

I'm a little interested in a non-straightforward edit like getting male earthguard eyes/hair on a female character but I can't seem to get anything like that to work. Also on pwcn I've noticed lots of barbs with odd hair derived from fashion but I don't know how that works or if its only limited to barbs. Maybe this just doesnt work in our version.

i've known the codes for this for a while i'll write up a barb guide good you can see both male and female head gears on barbs

notice this is a female head gear on my barb and i left my name showing so you know its on pwib:laugh i found these codes myself

I'm adding male tideborn hair to my veno but the scale of the hair is to big since the veno's are so tiny. Can I make the hair it's self smaller to fit her head better?
Right now it kinda hovers above her head.

You mean tiger form? You can't change that, just like venos can't remove their animal bits and winged elves can't change their headwings, and barbs can't be purple. It's not in the character preset files, which are the only ones we're allowed to touch.

most of my chars were already Ini'ed but never learned how to add the EG face tex to the TB, getting the color to match is annoying but closes i can come up with still leaves a noticeable seam in the neck altho virtually unnoticeable form the front.

All I remember about venos is that ID 4 is the bushy tailed fox. Those ID's go from 0-4

For the TB, they vary between the two genders, and most my female face textures are glitched. But I can find the male ones for you

dam rickioo, this looks so nice, please share how can u use hats on barbs, i though was something relationed to using a short (bm or TB) hair and being able to use hat on it, but i've tried that twice and nothing b:sad, not sure if it really doesn't work this way or im missing something. but would appreciate a lot if u share your skills with barbs ini. editb:thanks

How do you put female boutique hair on a barb? o_o I can understand female hair, but the latter remains a mystery to me. Would be a real scandal if people were able to edit boutique hair right into the inis without purchasing the fashion itself. I'm pretty sure I've seen a chart with all the boutique hair codes, but I'm not sure how that works. b:sweat

Yes, unless your character is less than 2 days old you'll need a make-over scroll.

After seeing this I'm starting to seriously doubt that allowing character modification was the right decision. Some of these hairs aren't even supposed to be released yet. Btw, does it only work on barbs or can other classes exploit this as well?
