    So, you saying a lv 40 person can afford hyper stones and level unfairly compared to others?

    If they cash in, its totally fair to give them that advantage as they're supporting PWE on maintaining the servers running, for ME and YOU. Problem?

    considering the cost is only 400k~500k for a batch of hypers. Even if they "charge" for it. You're looking at ~$0.40 per batch of hypers. Or... about 2 hours of grinding on mobs/herbs/mats at that level. I sorry I don't see that as a plausible excuse for it to be allowed.

    This is how the game WOULD work if we balanced it all:

    - Hypers would be removed.
    - BH unlimited, able to do once in a hour. Every 10 lvls range would get around 2 new instances with let's say 3 bosses each for bhs, to avoid boredom.
    - BHs would start at lv 30.
    - Exps rewards for all BHs, PV and such would be decreased.
    - Instances would have more rare drops useful for its level range and more uncommon drops too. (nowadays, cave you do at 50ish drops **** for lv 40).
    - A npc on every major city could give you some repeatable quests including: Kill many mobs, Collect many things, Defend an NPC for x secconds, Stay alive for Y seconds, Scort whoever wherever, and so on... Each of these quests would reward with exps/money according with your level.
    - This NPC meant above would have some Yellow Quests to be done in squad, but still in open-world.
    - Auction House fee would be decreased to 1% and would allow item buying entries too.
    - GSHOP would be removed.
    - A new instance would be made and would drop Medals of Glory/General Summer's Token (eventually).
    - Exps reward for bhs and all exps giving stuff would be balanced according to an 1-100 in one year playing 3-4h a day.
    - BHs would give 20% chance to get a random pack.
    - Seamstress would sell fashion.
    - Merchants would sell Reset notes, charms, signets and teleport stones.
    - Firework dealers would sell fireworks O.o
    - Pet manager would sell mounts
    - Aerogear dealer would sell fliers
    - All drop rates would be doubled permanently.
    - New 4th cast R9 and nirvana weapons and armors would be custom, you would give it name you like and it would have an Exps bar. 4th cast gears woudn't have level limit and would gain 1 atk lv per weapon level. You would be able to imbue any add on you like up to 7 adds (2 uniques + 5 normal adds), being that these adds would be items dropped rarely in a brand-new instance and would cost a bunch to imbue.
    - Level 105 players would get 0.00000001 of vitality and main damage atribute per 1 point of exps they would get if they were 104.
    - Interval adds would be changed to interval %, but would be available even on ring engravings just like channeling is. Though, maximum attack speed reduced to 3.33.
    - Rank rings would give -6% attack interval too >:(
    - Chi gain while auto-attacking would be fixed at 15 chi/second, regardless of aps.
    - Perfect World would be Unlimited play-evolve and would become boring sometime, but until then PWE would be rich enough.

    THOOOOUGH: The game would cost 24.90 USD a month.
