    Even if there was subsequently no realisitc forecast date after the day had elapsed, would it really hurt to have the manners to say, " we allowed an extra day and then contacted the developers for an new forecast, unfortunately at the moment they do not have one but we will call them again tomorrow and each extra day of delay to ask for a new forecast and we will let you know what responses we get"
    Now that may have gone some way towards showing some effort, care and regard for the customers.

    Ignoring the entire thing for 8 days and disregarding the growing swell of unhappy customers, is, i am afraid typified with the vast majority of issues raised.

    In fact the majority are even worse with issues reaching 50 pages or more without even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Imagine if you will a customer service telephone line, where you call for 50 days in a row without the call ever being answered.

    Unacceptable. The ONLY people who I can say hand on heart actually give a damn and dont treat people who are customers with sheer contempt, disdain and overwhelming disregard, are the forum mods.

    I think I am right in thinking that there are about 4-6 of them and I see a much greater level of concern, attention to issues raised and overall care fr people in their posts.

    Frankie ignores 95% of what is raised here, and of those he doesnt ignore, either fails to respond to the ACTUAL issue raised or provides a promise of resolution which is then broken the moment he has finoished typing it.

    Worse still are the GM's who I have yet to see communicate with anyone who needs help, but rather come online drunk and spout inane **** across the server.

    One would like to think that the PW staff (CM, GM's etc) exceed the number of forum mods by a lrge factor, but even the quantity of GM's is something that is refused to be revealed.

    Assuming worst case scenario, the talk is always of GM's (plural) so there have to be 2 of them at least.

    Given that they are between 50% and 100% minimum of the number of forum mods,
    why is it that the number of responses from forum mods is at least 10 times that of GM's / CM ?

    Please dont tell me that it is because they are far too busy because we have already established that all they do is relay information. The forum mods do that too, and apparently a whole lot better than the GM's /CM.

    Final summation : sack the GM's /CM since they have little (or none at all for GM's) communication with the players over issues and problems. The forum Mods relay at a vastly higher rate too.
    Who needs to employ a bunch of guard dogs that sleep 99% of the day?

    Sorry for someone that complaints on typos [inpatient=impatient] have so lot of typos himself...
    You use fancy words, but do you know what they mean yourself, but if you are in such discontent of the game stop play all together, and let the peeps who love the game still have it in their way... why always complain on things that they already gave a explaination on. God knows that the chinese PWE can be kinda slow when it comes to PWI and as frankieray said they needed help from china to mend the probs they had. So either if the tech-support or if its the general programmers fault dosent matter bc we didnt get any promise that it should work in a certain time. just that it will be fixed ... so as I said

    My money is on the DQ rewards and blessings being down until Tuesday maintenance at the soonest, that is if they don't skip that yet again, and it is very likely to be down for much longer than that.

    Just a helping hint for you. If you want a GM reply, you need to buy at least $500 zen/ month for at least a year. Then spam the forum with tons of the same thread. After you do that, call certain mods vulgar names. When your forum ban is lifted, spam forum again for a few days... then and only then, will a GM reply to your posting.

    yeah, still not back up, I for one have quit farming all together and have played a lot less since no jones. Oh, and how about another week of 2x once we do get it back up, not only for jones, but for those that were not even able to log in till the last patch. How can it be a celebratory 2x when a part of the player base was not even able to be part of it. Ok, just my 2 cents

    If you need to rely on having a jones blessing to farm? then LOL. its nice to have, but not NEEDED, just takes a few more hits to get the task done. People have come to rely on them way too much.

    Not a REEAAAL OMG pain to farm without Jones, it's disapointing, but not that much.

    They could even remove genies, I don't care, im a class specialist.
    I mean, when you know your class well, you dont NEED all that stuff, it only helps you a bit.

    Isn't the instance called Frostcovered City or something like that?

    HT is the only server that calls the Frostcover instance "FF" last I remember.

    yea only the area outside is called forgotten frostland.. so if they'r not going to enter the instance, then sure its FF xD.

    Seriously (and back on topic) if it is fixed today, count yourself lucky. In the past, the blessings have been down for far, far longer periods of time. Now, when it does come back up, remember to snatch the blessing on your account every day and leave them in your mailbox. You will be glad you did.
