    I never asked if you never did a big pull anywhere - I am specificly asking in regard to big pulls in FC. There are only two of those. Wait...maybe 3.

    You dont sound like its possible.

    NV followed by AS get me 30K damage, lol - and the AS doesnt even pull aggro b:pleased

    I'm wondering: If you deal that kind of damage, why would you even give a flying flop about seals? You're oneshotting everything.

    You throw a Thcket on the big pull followed by a Gale Force. It has to be in that order and doesnt work the same if you do it backwards.

    I can do 30K damage with a NV followed by an AS. I dont care if I pull aggro for 2 reasons. I am right there in the middle of it all with the tank and other meleers, and we dont die cause of the plants that make the fake BB.

    I am hardly oneshotting everything. Im pretty confident I could not do a big pull on my own. They must be pretty lame mobs if all those mobs together only collect up 270K HP b:chuckle

    And, if you only expect 30K on a big pull from a Thicket and GF, how can you say do more than that with the AS? What is your secret? Do tell?

    Cragglord does ~14k each skill. So using craggy would be wiser. And he doesn't seal either. Hmm...

    Hes good for 20 seconds, and that should be enough I guess - if you would rather spend that long.

    ROTFLMAO. Your tank couldn't get all of that aggro back...unless its a barb that roars, and you never attack afterwards. Heck you'd one shot some rank 9 people. You'll get a nirvy squad, don't worry about that either. Just tell the sins about the damage you're doing as a level 97 mystic. My gosh, when you get so much as a TT99 green weapon, your damage is going to be ridiculous.

    You must be one shotting all mobs now. 270k hits are nothing to sneeze at. I can honestly tell you that I've critted over 78k with tempest and have the screenshot to prove it. You hitting at 270k means that you must win every duel...even with 75% damage reduction. Your enemy needs JOSD to withstand you. My gosh...if you were to triple spark, use chi pots, and then do that...it'd be truly game over. Pfft.     b:scorn

    Who said you shouldn't nothing at all? I thought the other option was misstress. Which has a very nice metal aoe skill. Actually. If you're the DD and not the healer in the squad, you should have mistress out constantly. Unless you use craggie...

    And my craggie can get off 5 skills until he vanishes. That's more than thicket+gale in my book...

    Yeah, I just tested it by thicketing an inc life mob (everything else would have just died XD), waited until seals wore off, chiyu did its first hit, had agro. Thicket with it's weird plant ticks is no-mans-agro that doesn't actually count towards you :p

    I cant do the 270K without the annoying spells. Im not looking to be Champ of anywhere, just trying to be the best Mystic and PWI player I can be.

    But, I cant do either of those things without a squad.

    Okay Xainou, I will not do my 270K cause its annoying. Really no point in doing anything then, except maintaining the herbs and throwing an additional heal out now and then - with the exception of maybe the Craggy, which I will try out.

    What can you think of that would make people want a Mystic in their squad?

    Cleric not available is a given, although I dont even like it. Just a Craggy, if your not solely a second choice healer?

    This. If you can't do it without a squad, then how about working with your squad, as a pose to working against what they are doing and telling them to suck it up, be patient, and that the mobs will be right back.

    Um...you missed the point. The only people that ever invite me are those that either WANT a second-choice fill-in healer, or they want the AoEs.

    What else is there they could possibly want for a squad?

    Why would a BM want a Mystic? Why do they ask for a Mystic?

    Or, more realisticly - why dont they ask for a Mystic?

    I like mystics in my squad for many reasons.
    But I don't need a DD who thinks she/he is so strong that he can go crazy and give a **** about the teamplay. If you tell me you're too good to play along with tthe other 5 members of the squad or risk wipes, I'll simply kick you. I like teams. No need for people who **** up the rest of the squad.

    We have been through the topic of what to use instead of sealing spells. Seriously.

    And don't expect me to post more. Because I'm gonna get my beauty sleep now. b:chuckle

    I posted at pretty much the same time you did. Never had a chance to see your post.

    That said, your original post mentioned healing plants, and and AOE seals. The problem with the seals is that it forces the mobs out of range, and that's what's the problem is. No one has said, do not attack, but when your attack impedes your squads attacks, that's where the problem lies. Melee classes have to run, and then possibly press a different skill to match the now different situation. If you can attack, and not cause that frustration, it will make your runs a lot smoother and a lot better.

    No, we really havent. But I already said I will give Craggy a try. And, I said why. I am also excited about trying the befuddling creeper lysing on a big FC pull before I attempt the AoEs. Who knows? Maybe the BM will have everyone down before the Gale Force comes out. b:chuckle
