In any case this thread is about CSers not getting banned because they are CSers.
I know of caster glitchers that bragged about how they made hundreds of millions of coins off this glitch in 2x.
That's money that NON GLITCHERS aren't getting. This is just DESTROYING the Nirv market which actually hurts everyone.0 -

You are an idiot. I am QQing about Bans not being handed out. Not glitches.
I know of 5 aps that brag about how they made hundreds of millions doing a normal nirvana during 2x. What destroyed the nirvana market was 5 aps in the first place.

Funny enough, when I made my tome and I was buying tokens for 9.9k something at the cheapest shop, and their next set of tokens were set for 99.9k something. Honest mistake or scam? Who knows. Thankfully I didn't buy them in a brain ****.
Years ago when I first started playing, a faction mate got banned for 3 days or a week or something for doing a similar thing with Crazy Stone gems. When I came back from hiatus a few months ago, I saw the same scam again on an alt account. It wasn't an "extra 0" honest mistake looking thing, so I made a ticket and went to another catshop. The shop was still there for about another week, but I stopped playing that toon so who knows. Could still be there to this day.
Sad too, because you can make plenty of coin merching or mowing lawns instead of ruining other people's days.pwcalc.com/bb6fc16982637a5c / pwcalc.com/28948ee5778526f50 -
Considering the size of their company, and its parent company, I would hope they have the space, money and size to keep logs within the past year.
Pulling bans out would prove to everyone that PWI is willing to go the extra mile to serve its fanbase.b:nosebleed ಥ_ಥ PWI Follower since Jan '08 ಥ_ಥ b:nosebleed

^This. The caster NV glitch is not the biggest reason for a flooded Nirvana market - its the amount of APS runs that are spammed daily over a long period of 2x.
Be this a glitch or not, its one of the few things casters have to do multiple runs like the APSers (since the devs wont simply remove or allow the talismans to be stackable and without a time-limit)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
It would be fair to ban the cheaters who glitch there way up to 105 and according to rules they have to do it but it seems unreal couse there are so many of them and almost all of them have spent hundreds of $ to buy there r9 and if i was a GM i would be as ignorant about this problem as i could.
Money is money even if it goes against your rules.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

No I'm NOT goint to shut up about these caster GLITCHERS. Anyone who thinks its "not a big deal" is probably GLITCHING THEMSELVES. I hope all your CASTER GLITCHERS get PERMABANNED.
That's what PWE should have done when this caster glitch first started being abused.0 -
There are always people that are good with PhotoShop/Gimp who would edit pictures and post them just to defame another player. That's the main reason why naming and shaming is not allowed. When it's submitted as a ticket, a GM can examine the screenshot closely to determine if there is any form of tampering, and even look back through the logs to verify the story. Without that checking, people could be shunned for no good reason.
EDIT: Also, I've had an occasion where a shop was selling Tokens as Best Lucks... I submitted a ticket, and no more than 5 minutes later the shop went *poof*.KagamineRin_ - Sanctuary wrote: »No I'm NOT goint to shut up about these caster GLITCHERS. I wasn't aware that PWE even knew what a "permaban" was, since it seems that pretty much everyone who gets "banned" is back within a few days. It would be more appropriate to refer to the punishment as a "suspension".
In reality, the caster glitchers will probably receive the same punishment the dragoon glitchers received, since PWE themselves aren't allowed (as far as I know) to modify anything other than the boutique.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I did not feel the treachery or inconstancy of a friend, nor the injuries of a secret or open enemy. I had no occasion of bribing, flattering, or pimping, to procure the favour of any great man, or of his minion; I wanted no fence against fraud or oppression: here was neither physician to destroy my body, nor lawyer to ruin my fortune; no informer to watch my words and actions, or forge accusations against me for hire: here were no gibers, censurers, backbiters, pickpockets, highwaymen, housebreakers, attorneys, bawds, buffoons, gamesters, politicians, wits, splenetics, tedious talkers, controvertists, ravishers, murderers, robbers, virtuosos; no leaders, or followers, of party and faction; no encouragers to vice, by seducement or examples; no dungeon, axes, gibbets, whipping-posts, or pillories; no cheating shopkeepers or mechanics; no pride, vanity, or affectation; no fops, bullies, drunkards, strolling prostitutes, or poxes; no ranting, lewd, expensive wives; no stupid, proud pedants; no importunate, overbearing, quarrelsome, noisy, roaring, empty, conceited, swearing companions; no scoundrels raised from the dust upon the merit of their vices, or nobility thrown into it on account of their virtues; no lords, fiddlers, judges, or dancing-masters.

Some frustrated ex-tri/essence on lc server just want to **** on venge members, especially wadzio, cz they r jealous. They did the same thing (glitched 3rd boss whole day long for weeks/months and offered lvl service for millions), but they just were not that successful in TW and their faction failed. Thats it. Even some pwic members glitched their alts to high lvls (e.g. seeker to 105.... to be able to use their high refined nv gear again, cz their main is full r9/+12 now). Naming Wadzio is just a a red herring.
The game is full of glitches. All major gamers in this game abuse them, only the casual gamers dont know them. And even many ppl who didnt abuse e.g. the 3rd boss glitch benefit indirectly e.g. by farming herbs and selling anti-stun pots for high prices.0 -

Frankie should just say "Were not going to ban anyone who glitched FC to 105 if they have spent over $500." Seriously HUGE, and I mean HUGE Cash shoppers seem to have immunity to bans... There's a Certain huge CSing wiz that has been known to drop +10 gear that obviously glitched to 105. Will he ever be banned? NO. Why? Because he splurges real life $$$ on this game. Really getting sick of people getting ban immunity because they CS.
The worst offenders will be banned in the near future. The list is made up of cash shoppers and non-cash shoppers. We won't be able to disclose the names of those banned, but we will let you know when it happens.0 -

Banned banned or temporarily suspended banned? b:shutup[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Oh right. In the near future. That in PWE terms means... well you know. b:chuckle
And lol about the caster vana glitch QQ. What's wrong with casters having the ability to farm as much as they got keys? Or are you worried for your precious aps vana squads making less money?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

How can anyone track said glitch users? Its not like dragoons where one can visibly see the effect of its usage. Hell, its also unlikely that the playerbase is going to screencap+ticket those who do either...so unless the actual glitch is fixed, there's no effective way to track who's doing it and who isnt.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Miss Veno, I don't think it's a big deal for the reasons stated in this thread. Is it a glitch? Yes. Have similar glitches existed in the past? Yes. Does this give casters an unfair advantage? Not as far as I can see.
And yeah, accuse me of glitching caster NV all you want. I'm off to finish farming my 99 gear now so I have better gear for when I start doing NV... b:chuckleSharkAngel - Heavens Tear wrote: »How can anyone track said glitch users? As I understand the glitch, it's trackable. It will just require a bit of work from the GMs. Take that as you might. *shrug*[sigpic][/sigpic]

Ah, then if it is, I stand corrected. I'm quite doubtful that much (if any) effort will go towards tracking/fixing this though.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

People may say they've ticketed it, but more often than not it's a scare tactic. They think that by saying they've ticketed it (though they would never take the 5 minutes off of Nirvy running), the people would stop doing it. The same thing happened with the goons glitch, and apparently with the same effect.b:shutup
People just aren't scared of other players saying "I submitted a ticket about the glitch." anymore.b:surrender
The reason no one is scared about submitting a ticket is this. When live chat was working I sat in the cube for 15 min speaking with a gm about a person pking every one that ported in. For 15 min a gm was aware of the situation and did nothing but to say we will look in to it. After 30 min the person moved on and out of the cube with a comment along the lines of they were done terrorizing noobs for the day. Ticketing system is laughable in regards to reporting glitchers or any other type of TOS breaking behavior. Players can legitimately report a person all day long but if there is no GM follow up it it pointless. Especially if the only follow up is the "we will look in to it" line. Live chat at least provided a chance at letting someone know while the situation was going on but with that kind of response I can see why it was discontinued.
(I would post the live chat log but of course its against forum rules)0
