    Shouldn't be too much longer. Maybe after this, they'll find a server host that can withstand a DDoS attack. Also, eager to see what we'll get as compensation for this garbage...

    So just a thought...Since this is a DDOS attack,and as some of the more intelligent people realize, it's caused by compromised computers,and not PWI ..Has anyone thought to check their own computers to see if we're part of the problem?? It is possible that since we play PWI, that our pc's could have been compromised and made part of the zombified attack unwittingly.
    My suggestion is that we all take a moment to run a virus or malware check on our own systems..It won't hurt if your not infected and it might help, if you are..At least we'd be doing something rather than sitting and complaining..

    Hmm, haven't had any problems since yesterday morning...Dunno if that means the attacks are over or not, but thanks to whoever's working hard to try and fix things~

    You wouldn't need to run an antivirus to check if your computer had been infected and used as a part of the botnet seeing as your internet connection would be so slow, you wouldn't even be able to open a webpage. So far, no one seems to be having this issue though.

    reality check: obviously you dont have the resources to stop this. heh, kind of cool being in the middle of something being taken down. very interesting.

    this is new territory for a MMO game, so there is NO PREDICTING the final outcome.

    If you really think that, you haven't been on the internetz long. Most popular MMO games get DDoS'd by some basement dweller with too much time at one point. Sooner or later, one of 3 things will happen.

    -The dude will get bored and actually purchase a life.
    -They will find him and he will become big bubba's "friend" in prison for illegal activity considering DDoS attacks are illegal in most places.

    Let us pray that the 3rd option is selected would suit them just fine. On a Side note according to what has been read and posted 2 or 3 days ago it is supposedly a team of 3 people

    HELLO! This is archiron's Unphony News service, bringing you the latest breaking news about the wraiths DDoSing us. For those of you just tuning, this news service is NOT something I just made up yesterday, got destroyed by the wraiths + Samus Aran and we SURE did not sacrafice samus to the wraiths as a snack. I am Arch-bot 2.5. First on today's news, Arch-bot 2.0 has finally succumb to the computer aid and shut down, Arch-bot 2.0 was the namesake for our original news anchor Archiron who was killed in a valiant fight against samus while defending the news station yesterday, You both shall be missed. We sent my prototype version, Arch-bot 3.0 to combat the wraiths in an attempt to stop the DDoS attack, we recieved his hard drive in the mail 30 minutes later. More on this story later tonight. It is 5:14 PM EST, Arch-bot 2.5, signing off.

    why are we doing a 2x event when the servers are still so messed up? We cant do FC and BH because it DCs all the time

    the news is its the weekend and GMs wont be ****ed to do anything till monday. so right now they just sipping there hot chocolate and eating there doughnuts while chillin in there hot tubs.

    Same on my end. Hopefully we'll get an update tomarrow from the GM's saying they caught the punk and stopped the attack.

    i agree i mean this lag has been going on all day it seems. Go to do skills and mobs drain half my hp before i even swing. So yeah here is to hoping they fine who is ever responcible and clear this mess up
