    Them pirate king seals on arcanes. Dont see whats the point of em. Also, crappy rank rings.

    Well, since str doesn't do much for a assassin we're kinda forced to wear one unless we prefer finding a kickass lowbie help with +dex and +hp. I wear an arcane helm atm since I haven't been able to find such a helm that fits my liking. :I

    Might rings on clerics (it's a scarily common sight lightly) or using rings greatly below level because they have channel. As nice as channel is, it really isn't helping when they lose large amounts of magic attack just for -3%. Maybe if it was a -6% lowbish one, but even then....

    Actually, mp gear + shards isnt all that of a bad idea on archers. I know some archers with level 9 barrage of arrows doing gamma runs charmless and with only a few mp pots.

    I know 1 barb that uses arcane robes that no one on any of the servers can beat. Not even 6 v 1. Xarfox

    I've seen ~+14 vit capes selling for a fraction of the Tauran cape. There's also the cape of Elite Leather, and the ones you can get through kitty shop / the agent. I don't see the Tauran as adding HP unless you mean HP recov? And it's only level 9 so it's refine return isn't great.

    You saw my cape, it has 4 +50 hp shards in it.

    archers wearing magic attack rings O.o
    archer metal attack are all physical based, so the magic atk does nothing, you can refine them for magic def in theory, but its piddly and i've seen a couple high level archers on sanc. wearing unrefined magic rings b:puzzled

    theres a barb im thinking of with full TT90 gold with mixed citrine/garnet shards.. pdef warsong belt, some pdef neck.. -interval event cape.. im pretty sure the might rings are refined pretty high.. that was funny

    and uhmm arcanes with elemental or evasion ornaments.. or tauren chieftain make me lol

    more than any of that, LA wizards past 9x make me rofl

    Well, this was randomly generated and not on a person, but obviously fail. a mob once dropped a wand with +35 accuracy... I merely laughed about it. In terms of people, I once saw a wiz who didn't use water skills. And I mean as in, he learned enough to get the heal, but he didn't use any other water element skills other than that.

    -any one with a sage fairy floating over their shoulder
    -HA archer
    -foltern's putting 4 sockets and perfect/immaculate gems in extremely low level legendaries
    -wizzeled on sanctuary server with a +7 level 43 bow
    -archer in my guild with +10gear but immac and perfect alabasters in armor
    -deceptistar's +7 set of gear and then random +2 gloves lol.

    ^^I'm not foltern nor do I speak for him/her but it's already been explained countless times that she/he has played through once to high lvl and is restarting a character and maxing out everything possible for each level...so don't hate on that, it's just a different way to play the game.

    Plus I would imagine that it takes awhile to level, making the investments in the gears worth it.

    lol -high 5! Every caster class I'm aware of has a skill that multiplies on pdef (dunno about the new classes), while they don't need mdef and benefit from low HP/ high def. Cleric being a possible exception (dunno for sure).

    psychics have a skill that increase their defense level at massive rates, at the cost of lowering their attack. no % pdef skills sadly.

    Crappy arcane armour with incomplete elemental resistances. I mean...the only real plus to arcane is the superior magic def....so why leave big holes in it? O.o

    Magic rings on barbs/bms. So common it scares me. b:surrender

    9x with not only mediocre legendary gear.... but NO refines whatsoever. I mean, +1 just requires 1-3 mirages and a trip to the elder? How on earth do you hit 9x and never learn how to refine?
