Does it not work with lower level Soulsever? Yes, it's my own debuff.

    I believe that both skills need to be at the same level.

    You need level 11 Gemini and Soulsever to be able to debuff. If you only have level 11 of one of these skills, you cannot debuff with your own skills.

    Extrii is right.

    This applies to all the Lv11 stances and their respective trigger skills.

    I learned the hard way with Northern Sky Waltz. Had learned lvl11 but didn't have lvl11 Staggering Strike. I was stuck like that for a week.

    I'll also add just incase, that you can't trigger someone elses lvl10 with your lvl11. Its best, for example, to get off your own NSW first. They wont be able to trigger yours, but yours is more powerful anyway.


    I'm sure a lot of us seekers that started on day 1 of the EG expansion learned the hard way.
