NOTICE: Halloween Event

Halloween! One of our most favorite occasions!



You go trick or treating in real life already, so we figured why not give everyone some extra treats in PWI?



Come join in the festivities! Jolly Old Jones has come to town, and he has 3 holiday quests that will get you costumes, buffs, and even the chance at a few mounts!



Here are some details about the quests you can complete:



The Halloween Costume quest is very simple, talk to Jolly Old Jones and get yourself a free 7-day Pirate Outfit! This is a one-time only quest!

If you end up liking it enough, you may want to check out the Boutique on Wednesday for the permanent version of this costume along with a few others!



For Jones' Secret Power, talk to him to receive a 7-day Bless Box that gives you +30% to all damage! This quest can be completed once a week!



Finally, the A Halloween Gift quest can be completed in two different ways: You can pay 100,000 coins, or you can trade one Guardian Scroll for a choice between two boxes. Some of the the possible contents of these boxes are listed below. This quest can be repeated as many times as you like!

Possible contents:

• Halloween Gift Box: Chance to get Midnight, Nakir's Judgement, Israfel, Wings of Daedalus.
• Trick or Treat Box: Chance to get the new Halloween mount Nightfall, Flame Drill, Galactic Beetle, Brilliant Plumes.

Both boxes will also have a chance to get you various Halloween related items and the Headless Horseman's Amulet or Belt!



NOTE: The Halloween armor, ornament, and weapon packs currently cannot be redeemed. We will update the game soon so that these prizes can be redeemed. Hold on to your items until this quest is fixed, all other prizes within the packs function as normal.

This event will take place from October 27th at 1:00am Server Time until November 2nd!

For once I'm impressed. The 100k option is looking rather nice at the moment, means gold can't inflate any more as a result of the event. A week of 30% extra pwnage sounds fun and even if the costume is just for a week, nice getting something for free.

Absoluth - Heavens Tear

Its funny how you guys mix 'coin sink' with 'sell more gold'. You really have zero desire to fix the game economy and you dont listen to the players. Angels were just beggining to sell for less than 90k. Good job **** that up....again.

Most of the forum users here said over and over to run a jolly event purely by 100k system, leaving out the angel option. That alone would remove a large amount of coins you have intentionally injected into the game (coin chests, 5M anniv pack reward, etc). Why ignore the game comunity completely? Didnt the aniversary gamble packs earn you enough cash to pay the bare minimum attention to the game status?

Pay more attention to the players and improve gameplay. You'll be surprised how that would raise your revenues alot more than simple predatory sales.

So, its a permanent dmg boost? Neat. I myself am gonna love it. TW is gonna be interesting too (and alot more costly. Charm burning ftw...i mean...for PWE profits).

Aww why can't you give em a break? At least they are giving us all something to spend our anni pack money on (as I have some left over from the previous event lol).

They aren't **** it up, you have the option to use angels. Not being forced to. Don't wanna use angels, then don't, its that simple Not everyone will be using the angels. And if gold prices raise, eh, don't effect me any. I grind for coins anyways lol. And if I wanna buy gold, I'll just use zen, not in game gold for way more than its worth. There are options to get around the hard parts.

And if players can't buy gold with zen, I'm sorry, but perhaps using 100k is the best option for you? Just saying, not trying to put anyone down, but let's just all be happy that everyone can enjoy this event.

Oh and the "Halloween" part is the mounts (Midnight, Nightfall), and the costume. Need more explanation?

how about next time you tell pwi how to improve events, instead of bashing them. You think about it, at least they let normal players who do not CS play, you get 30% more damage to kill monster faster to gain exp, and money, and if you want something you will be able to afford it, and you get a free costume. PWI cannot please everyone, so do us all a favor, and just be happy they gave something for CS, and none CS user to enjoy. You don't have to take part in this event you know. Also I am a non CS user, and events like this is awsome. Thank you again PWI for the event!

yippie another so called event. Run and charge your ZEN so you can empty your pockets and fill em up with guaridan scrolls for this event. Why oh why cant the people at PWI realize their pockets are getting full while their loyal players pockets are getting empty?? Yep as usual the trick is on us and we are treating pwi to fuller coffers. b:laugh

Ok, I just talked to a great guy/gal in game that opened my eyes. This is really better than I thought at first. Anni packs were outta sight price wise. JJ will sell you the packs for 100k, so it is better to either use the GA you have on hand or pay JJ the 100k, unless you find GAs cheaper than that. This way, each player can have a chance. Thank new friend. You know who you are...
