    Cause my wife (irl) is making me... no j/k... seriously I've been playing for about a month casually learning the ropes first. She tells me that you seem to be a bit more into the roleplaying than ruleplaying or rollplaying and that having fun seems more important overall than pvp power to your faction.

    I used to be guild-lord (faction leader) in Zu Online of a guild called StormRyde and I'm still a moderator of some of Zu Online's forum sections. However, I only play that game a few hours a week now and have been looking for something that my wife (irl) and I can enjoy on a more regular basis and that doesn't have as much trash-talking (I don't mind adult talk but some of the abusive language in prior MMO's kept me from letting my kids near me while I was playing - I have 3 boys ages 12, 10, soon to be 8).

    Any other info you feel will support your application:Im very experienced in MMORPGs, i've played them since i was quite young and have led a few guilds in other games..Most of these guilds/groups were very successful and respected in the games that i've played..I will probably annoy you with more questions than you thought possible, but i'll never cause you drama and try my best to make sure that i can be of benefit to the faction

    I would like to join a faction in order to have fun, learn new things, and just play with other people.

    Excepting a short stint in another PWI faction, I have never been in a guild/faction and certainly never an active one. Also, I love the concept of the MMORPG but have never really been able to stick with one far any decent period of time b:surrender.

    However, with a strong and supportive faction, Placid certainly seems like one, I feel that I could become a decent member who could contribute to the group.
