    I don't understand how to learn new skills. I am lvl 4, and want to learn gush but I can't figure out how to do that. Can you please explain it to me? Thanks!

    You left the following note for yourself in Section 6, the Item Mall. I think the rates are released now, at least for PWI. It's $10 US for 1000 zen.

    How do one get rid of quest rewards that can not be traded, discarded or decomposed, for example trial pataka, militery equiptment?
