big expansion was released today in pwcn
big changes are about G17 weapon release and new skills.
I don't have time to translate all stuffs but I give the top of G17R5 (means G17 5th rank) weapon bow stats here

1) Cross the checkerboard

The drops are all housing items plus three more bits needed to make g17 mats.

The first two are for one half of an item and you get the other half from housing.

It looks like the first and last boss will show up in every run but the three middle bosses can be different.

G17R5 state from asterelle's reply

So the g17r5 weapons have 8 stats in total:

2 procs:
Offense proc
Defense proc

4 that are pretty much the same depending on class type:
80 attlev/deflev
+30 dex/str/mag
+100 spirit
+100 physatt / magatt

and 2 more stats that are different for each subtype:
pike: 5% crit, +185 max p.att
dual sword: 5% crit, +185 max p.att
glaive: -12% channel, +100 m.att
polehammer: 5% crit, +185 max p.att
dagger: -.1 int, +2.00 m range
bow: -.1 int, +100 p.att
fist: -.1 int, 5% crit
scythe: -12% channel, 5% crit
claw: -.1 int, +185 max p.att
magsword: -12% channel, 5% crit
pataka: -12% channel, 5% crit
dual axes: 5% crit, +185 max p.att
sabre: 5% crit, +100 p.att
wand (mystic): -12% channel, +100 m.att
blade: 5% crit, +100 p.att
sphere: -12% channel, 5 attack lev

These are the weapon procs possible. You get one of five offensive weapon procs randomly and one of 5 defensive procs randomly at the fifth tier. Some of the offensive procs are weapon type specific but everything else can be on either mag or phys weapons.

Offensive Procs: (chance when attacking)
(phys only) God of Frenzy: double damage at the cost of 5% hp
(phys only) Spirit Blackhole: removes most positive buffs
(mag only) Chi Soul: attacks have a chance to deal double damage (isn't this just better than GoF?)
(mag only) Channel: attacks have a chance to reduce channeling by 30% for 8 seconds
Plague: reduces target's ability to heal by 50% for 8 seconds
Robbery: increases crit rate by 30% and increase crit damage by 30% for 10 seconds.
Eclipse: reduces the target's pdef and mres by 100% for 8 seconds.

Defensive Procs: (chance on hit)
Purify Spell: purify and 200% speed and anti stun for 5 seconds
Tidal: avoid negative status for 5 seconds
Focus: avoid damage for 5 seconds
Dancing: become untargetable for 5 seconds
Compassion: make a shield which absorbs all damage for 8 seconds afterwards reduces damage taken by 5% for 20s.​​

    If this is real, then i should become a prophet. I once said in guild that we'd be getting G17 and Rank 10. Mainly because of all the stuff that happened to R9 mats with them leaving the boutique and then coming back for a higher price. So that people will cash/drop their existing coins into R9 mats for Nightshades or older characters. They then could milk people even harder for G17/R10. lol

    How the hell could this be real ?Before G17r5 and G17r4 you need G17 maybe in the first place... don't you think ? Then r2, r3.

    Wouldn't bank on a troll. Time will tell. You might be able to upgrade G16r3 (or rather Vana 3rd cast) to G17r4 and r5. Just gotta wait and see.

    Well Wanmei site isnt responding to me but sounds like a complete troll to me. Nothing really fits with what I have read bout said expansion, dont think timing works with CN maint times and really, 2 new recast the same time?

    Whether or not it's brand new gear or just another r9 update, they're really gonna have to basically let people just transfer refines/shards for free or relatively minimal cost (hell, this could be a decent coin sink if say you needed like 100m per piece to transfer refines/shards).​​

    So I got trough to Wanmei site and there is nothing, which supports claims made in this thread. Unless you provide some links, Im just gonna take it this was one fairly bad troll.

    ok this thread is saying new expansion in China going to be released on 19 november

    The last OP comment let alot of WTF faces.
    OK... G17. When you say G17 you say a weapon with lvl17 and that supposed to be better than G16 a weapon with lvl 16. And OP tells us we get this G17 weapon just doing a quest. Hmmm. IF G17 weapon is better than G16 and its almost free than its like a slap in the face for those that obtained G16. Think about the work we had to do: making weapons from TT60 to TT99, going to NW to obtain suplies to make raptures so we can upgrade it to G13 and G15. farming WS for badges, mold and EOO. Using fee to upgrade G15 to G16. Rerol it if it was the case. Shard it, refine it.

    But the OP saying the G17R1 is bad... Bad like worse than G16 or bad like worse than R9r3?

    Anyway since OP didnt provide us any links or picture I wont believe it from the start its true. But I wont jump to call him a liar yet. Well see.

    Because he saying the expansion was released today and all other sites saying expansion going to be released on 19. Thats why I have my doubts.
    Plus he says G17 is from quest and almost free while the guy above you saying its an warsoul upgrade. Maybe you get a mold from a quest and with it you upgrade warsoul to G17 or something like that.
    Let me have my doubts before we get more info about this.

    it did come from test server. Before official release, pwcn will choose 4 servers as testing new expansion b4 one week. there will not be big change for official release.

    so far, G17 is total independnt other weapon. you get G17R1 from quest easily, then you need stuff to upgrade it

    I really don't want new weapon/armor stuff unless they somehow allow free or low-cost refine and shard transfer.
    But so far (assuming this is all true) it seems like completely independent gear that you have to upgrade with new materials and all that. You get G17 Rank 1 from a quest and then you have to upgrade it (if I understood right), and Rank 4 is as strong as R9rr, but G17 Rank 5 is stronger than R9rr. It will probably be more expensive too so... Do not want. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

    On the other hand, I would love some new skills or skill updates.    ​​

    My job here just causes some1 attentions then he/she can bring more translation to here.
    I am basically inactive in game and busy. Hard to translate all things to English

    about new skills, basically enhance classes character. For example, archer's left/right jumps can bring immune movement debuff. BM lion stun will add drop weapon effect. psy ultra-skill is transfer all soul-force to attack. cleric ultra-skill is double target hp and full hp; wiz ultra-skill is dmg deal +50% but dmg take +50% ( many wiz angrys for this)

    no idea how hard to get G17R5, but think about purge+purify bow or GoF+purify bow (BTW, magic class is no GoF, but have a new stat is about have chance to doubt dmg ). that will be very OP

    G17R1 is from housing system quest. that upgrade stuff is from housing quest and new FB.

    if someone knows chinese, would love translations of the new skills, orns, weps etc.
    Tbh this is propably the smartest way they could of introduced new gear. If they made another rank set, everyone would quit. the wep however isn't part of the set.​​
