Sigh, quite a sense of entitlement you have. City of Abominations is a free for all, and ends when one section of the map hits a certain quota of killed enemies, ergo you're racing the clock and every other group for kills. Your party was zhenning 4 or 5 at a time, which is certainly feasible, but you're not simply entitled to get however many you want and it's up to you to defend that number if you want to try and take an entire section of the map for yourself at the detriment of the others in that area. My group had just passed several other bosses being handled singly by squads; there were none open, and we aren't going to sit on our hands and waste time just so you can take 4 or 5 even more slowly all for yourself. So, when I saw you hoarding a handful of bosses after having already spent time looking for another available one, I took the one that was at 95% or so from you that you were barely touching, albeit it was amusing to watch your barb keep trying to take it and failing. If you wish to QQ over that, by all means, I offer no apologies.

Speaking more broadly, there is no perfect faction, much less among the lv3 TW factions with 200 slots. To be blunt, TW here is largely built on zerging. Most PvE TW enemies can be brought down just by throwing wave after wave of people against them, PvP TW is so limited in strategic scope that numbers/levels/equip play more a role than anything, and a large player base capable of spamming TT and FBs makes it easier to get the equip necessary for the above. Nef and Leg got to where they were largely (not entirely, as there were others to do the same that have since fallen, but largely) by merit of being among the first factions and building numbers quickly to do the above. You mass roughly 200 people together, scattered all across the world with the barrier and anonymity provided by the internet, and yeah, inevitable there are going to be bad apples. Past that, even good people often get swept up in these virtual endeavors and develop overinflated egos; see the current Leg leader taunting in WC last week. As is, the most visible people tend to be the idiots and attention whores, a loud minority in contrast to the silent majority. While they do inherently represent their faction by merit of that tag floating over their head, they do not necessarily reflect upon the character of all sharing that tag. This goes for Nef, Leg, and any other faction.

(you should be glad actually. i think it would be pretty embarrasing for you if someone 30 lvl below with skills half maxed kept aggro from a lv100 veno with full tanking herc.) Not as much entitlement as you seem to have in your post. We had 2.5mobs 1 half dead ;P I have a screeny i took with your quote of talking, all the mobs and members it included. God knows how that number jumped to 4-5, you either have a buggy game or a double vision.
To be honest, I have no quarrel over it and am fine if nothing is said against us if we happen to stumble upon the same situation for you guys. Taking a mob out with near full HP if there are 2+ mobs. Nothing more, nothing less.

Eh, I wasn't paying as much attention nor felt the need to SS, may have been only 3 or so. We were just wandering around, saw every non-phys immune boss taken, and your squad the only one doing more than one at a time with one that was at 90-95%. As said, given Abominations is ultimately a competition, I feel no remorse for grabbing that one and leaving you with "only" 2 or 3 others. Not sure about your entitlement retort other than basic deflection, but my point is, there is no entitlement in Abominations or any other event, thus my amusement at your squad crying foul at us taking one enemy while you do a handful. Every squad in there is racing others to kill as many as possible before the kill quota is reached and the event ends. Zhenning multiple bosses at a time is not a poor tactic, but others getting annoyed at the subsequent lack of available targets is an inherent risk of that idea, and you can't expect people to stand around and wait while you reap rewards. To that end, nope, I'd have no complaint (annoyance out of self-interest I would concede though as a matter of human nature) if you or anyone else did the same thing; just how the event is structured and the nature of competition.

I heard they went with a new tactic. I think Leroy Jenkins is the originator of the tactic used by Legendary.

I'm in Nef but we must be realistic: it is very wrong think that Legendary is over just because the sort of things that happened this weekend. Above all, Legendary is a great guild and it's pleasante this duel between the both guilds. I'm sure it isn't for those who are outside Nef and Leg, but at least for me is a healthy chalenge and it is what make this game fun (beside the funny situations we have inside guild and the good friends and special people I have meet im PWI).

They are not a weak guild. On the contrary, in this last months Legendary was one of the only guilds that won against Nefarious (regarding that the other one was Dreaming).

I'm sure sounds weird my speech, but this is the truth. We can't underestimate other factions because we always can be surprised in the end.

Haha they didnt steamroll us the war was 2hrs and they reached our crystal only twice, we got bored and decided to send a full attack since nef attack was'nt going nowhere, and what a suprize they sent huge attack at same time we did they just did it better . Oh and 2pm TW attack zz ppl in legendary have lives 60 ppl signed up for that war and we went full attack beside 5 ppl in our base nef crystal was at 50% when ours was destroyed. Not steamrolled nef just got lucky with the factions they paid to set our times awkward proof has it as psychotic where gathering at nef spot start of TW yesterday They where waiting for there money no doubt! haha anyways gl all factions next week b:victory

Don't get me wrong i never said paid to attack us that would not help push our attack time at all but if paid to attack your own territories then times would be moved around accordingly. Whether paid or not, they made it very obvious that it would seem so, i mean come on how many waypoints are on PW, as a matter of fact how many are in arch alone? For the 1st time I'll admit and say on public forums that I'm ashamed of how things went this week(for us),when it was so obvious and I might even say easy to avoid those outcomes,for both wars.

I'm a straightforward person,so I won't hide stuff ; like when pking with ppl,if you suck then I'll tell you straight forward that you do,in either a nice or worse way ... not intended as a hate comment,but one to improve yourself.
I will never say "GJ or GG" to ppl unless they'll really do something worth the praising,call it harsh but that's how I deal with things,it's the better way of seeing who the elites or better players a.k.a the ones that accept they sucked or are bad and wish to improve(since even the best ones can **** up sometimes),and actually do it too and those are the ppl I seek to be by my side not the "QQ aya is being mean to me " ones.

For me there is nothing to deal with hour of tw. We also already got tws in awfull times and some times hard tws, like when we lost for legendary with Regicide also attacking us. It happens, it's perfectly normal.

Nor Nefarious, or Legendary, can be 100%. We lose, they lose, that's the game.

Once Akasera said that we can't stand the fact that Nefarious can lose also (or something with this meaning). And actually, acept that we fail is really hard. So, yes Ayano, my compliments for you this time. Just when we admite we failed and try to overcome it is when we learn look for our best.

I guess, it's not an ashame lose. It's an ashame when we lose and don't admit it and don't look for the mistakes made, trying to improve.

And well what can I say, this Battle was possibly the Servers longest Epic so far between these two giants (if anyone knows otherwise, then please do correct me, and if you know of others TW Battles on this Server that have lasted as long as this one, then please quote them; Thnx),

Two months ago, 3 hours TWs between Nef and Leg were quite common, with neither side gaining territories every week. This was the so-called "stalemate" period. It was only broken last month and it hasn't been happening again lately.

there wasn't a discussion with the faction..... it was almost an impromptu thing that happen, with left many of us angry later on.

btw zuyue, paying to attack your own faction.... oh dear, i never consider that but i'll say it's a smart move and i totally endorse it :P cause that means we won't have to face reg and leg at the same time b:chuckle headache when that happens

but then again fighting us alone will prove to the server that leg can beat nef in a 1v1 fight :P
