Wrong event code for halloween event?

Anyone else got one or more email saying there is a code for 20 event gold? I got two emails with the codes, both of them did not work.

If you got it via email, they are probably tied to the account. Are you sure you're using the code on the same account the email is assigned to?​​

me never got an email code for event gold so I cant help ya sowwie

I did get the 20 gold for the login event but thats it

Yeah my old alt account got an email for 20 event gold however my main account which in the past has charge a fair chunk of change in the game - no email.

Ah, i never thought of that, will look into that.

The next question that comes up, why is it that one account gets and email but not the other? Some emails come on the first account, other emails come on the 2nd account. I have never had both email accounts receive the same email for the same event.​​
