Incorrect - I not only have record of the email that was sent to me for being a veteran player with mention of sending me plushy and commemorative limited edition Ginger Tiger statue - But I've also created a ticket the day before because I saw this thread and I was wondering where are my deliveries.

HI, I have been playing since around the 20th August 2009, but i have not yet recieved any mails about the Plushie that is supposed to get sent to me. i did not get the very first mail or the one(s) after that one. i sent in support ticket but they told me to post on here so, here I am and this was/is my issue

well i had a chat with mr domino in the game

1.they are waiting on the backorder of the plushies/figures to arrive,then they will box them and mail them out immediatly En Masse
2.The plushies/figures are being sent by something domino referred to as "usps freight"
3.the plushies/figures will be shipped from PWE north america headquarters in california.so likely people in the united states will receive them the quickest,along with canada,mexico,and things generally in the western hemisphere though i highly doubt we have players in greenland or iceland (as well as people in india and russia)
4.here is the kicker,he never told me where the backorder is coming from,so there is no way of knowing when the mass delivery happens
5.this also means for you europeans out there,that there is a good chance that youll be getting stuff sent to you by the United States Postal service,International shipping.word of warning,its slow,slower than paint drying (i actually imported things afew times,and though this would mean export,the slowness also hits the import as well)

4. Most likey as with anything, it's probably coming from China, not just because the company is based there but because.... everything is made in China.

Let's be hopeful? As one of the guys mentioned above, moving is an issue and I too will be moving soon. Hope I can get it before that happens

6:11 a.m. on december 18th where i am,still not hide nor hair of those plushys and figurines

even accounting for a 6 weeks allowance since the end of october,which passed several days ago,this is stretching it more than abit

all is well that prospectively ends well though.get me my plushies by christmas and ill be happy (and yes projectlegion is my first of three accounts just so we are clear)

i mean judging by the conversation with domino on dec 8th, they still did not have all the merch. it is reasonable to not expect delivery until mid-Feb given that.

i'm just saying, its free merch, the badgering is a bit unreasonable given they are still explaining stuff to us when asked in some way about free stuff they are sending for nothing.

for the people who are moving, and in the US, won't you be setting up mail forwarding when you move? if they are shipping USPS then the forwarding should re-direct the package to your new address. not sure what to say about ppl outside the country though. this is one of those logistical conundrums where you just do your best and hope everyone can resolve the uncontrollable issues.

Yeah I don't live in the US and 100$ for mail forwarding for one item that probably cost 5 cents to make in china... Well.

If they haven't been sent out maybe they could provide a date to change mailto address to so we can have it sent to a different address

well.free stuff is free stuff.the mild anger/irritation happens not because of the length of time taken,far from it.but the utter lack of precision in some cases.the promise was made with all the implications that the english language can afford that it would be soon.see,if it wouldve taken this long they shouldve known and said so

If you wouldve read all the information in this thread and the other one....anyone with common sense couldve understood how long things take to get to and from other places....it was said from the start that it could take to at least xmas or longer to get the stuff

I know you guys are waiting for it. As I mentioned before, we did not have enough. So I came back to the house of ginger tiger and got more things! I got this wonderful ginger tiger portable power with USB connection. Please be patient. Oh, btw, we already shipped out 4 of those portable power to following players:
joyjoylyn, bloodofhades, marelleneo and tawanrak.

i think it would save some time if eithyer this thread were stickyed or an info thread was created.we need updates.specifically a list that shows who has been sent there plushies and so on
