Release NotesContent and EnvironmentBoat Travel and Fishing
- Embarking or disembarking a khyek no longer affects other players' camera distances.
- Fishing audio has had its volume balanced and adjusted.
- Fishing tutorial tips now point to more reasonable locations.
- Holding the Reel power down no longer causes the audio to loop.
- Strange interactions between the khyek and Portobello's Wand of Sight have been addressed.
- The sound for embarking and disembarking a khyek has been improved.
Sea of Moving Ice
- Visual errors in the minimap should now be addressed.
Sea of Moving Ice - Instances
- Casting the Bones: More than one player can now properly interact with the khyeks behind Maluk when getting an upgrade.
- Royal Allies: Princess Serissa now properly animates when using a Slam attack.
Svardborg
- Skoll's and Hroogandr's health has now properly been increased, rather than decreased as it was in the previous build.
- The remaining placeholder power icons now have art.
- The name of the queue "Assault on Svardborg (Normal)" has been changed to "Assault on Svardborg."
General
- Icewind Dale: The Long Night: Players who donate their Auril's Tears to their Stronghold can now return the next day to accept daily quests. This change now properly applies to Lighting the Pass.
Combat and PowersOathbound Paladin
- Binding Oath once again properly deals 50% of the Paladin's damage taken back to the Paladin at the end of its lifetime, rather than 100%.
Companions
- Repentant Dragon Cultist now properly states its defense debuff value, for reals this time.
Boons
- Chill of Winter: This boon's efficacy is no longer incorrectly affected by stats.
- Healing Warmth: The tooltip for this boon has been updated to specify that it works only when healing allies.
- Healing Warmth: This boon's efficacy is no longer incorrectly affected by stats.
General
- Effects that activate when non-critical damage is dealt, such as the Owlbear Cub's Active Companion Bonus, now only activate once per power use.
Enemies and AlliesGeneral
- Fangbreaker Island: A strange hooded humanoid no longer stands in the place where Hati was whenever Hati flies away.
- When entering combat, frost giants' voices now properly diminish in volume the farther the player is from them when hearing it.
Items and EconomySea of Moving Ice
- Artifact Weapons: The new weapons' appearance can now be changed.
- Known issue: Hunter Ranger versions of these weapons have not yet received this fix.
- Eye of the Giant now has audio.
- Greater Everfrost Resist Armor Kit no longer vanishes from the campaign vendor after completing the Supply Elk Tribe task.
- Lugworms are now properly available in the General Store on the main island of the Sea of Moving Ice.
- When Relic Armor is restored, it now gives the right Armor Class (AC) value.
General
- Overload Enchantments no longer incorrectly have Black Ice Empowerment icons in their context menu.
- The tooltip for the uncommon-quality Ostorian Trowel has been updated for clarity.
User InterfaceChat
- Chat text once again properly wraps if the end of a word would go past the edge of the chat box.
Mail
- Players can no longer attempt to ignore themselves via the mail UI.
- (Note removed regarding "Return to Sender" functionality - this is not an option in the Mail UI, but automated functionality for certain cases.)
Graphics, Effects, and AnimationGeneral
- Headsman's Greataxe: This weapon is now properly held in a manner consistent with other Great Weapon Fighter weapons.
Performance and Stability
- Compatibility issues with Windows XP should be resolved.
- If you run into significant new compatibility issues with the game in this build, particularly when running DirectX 9, AMD cards, or Windows XP, please let Terramak know.
- The game client no longer crashes when selling the last of a fish to the Fishmonger Store.
LocalizationGeneral
- Localization for Sea of Moving Ice is now considered release-ready for French, German, Italian, and Russian languages. This includes localized audio as well as text.

when you are going to fix "this need a target" on second half of fight with Hati?
It becomes invisible after flying and every time, you need to run around with your camera for see it again. because when you can't see Hati you can't also hit it with target skills.
Or were stats buffing Chill of Winter? If so, they weren't buffing it enough and now it will be even worse.
Patch notes clarified for Oathbound Paladin question. Looks like I misinterpreted something when writing the patch notes, and "return to sender" isn't actually functionality available in the UI, so I'm removing that line from the mail bit.
Binding Oath
* doesn't generate any Divine Call
* doesn't apply your DR when giving you damage when the shield dies
Circle of Power doesn't generate any Divine Call or Action Points
Shield of Faith doesn't give any damage reduction when used with Absolution but works fine with Binding Oath
Divine Protector doesn't give any damage reduction when used with Absolution but works fine with Binding Oath
Bane doesn't generate any Divine Call or Action Points
Sanctuary gives no extra damage reduction when used with Absolution
Having Absolution give an increase to DR rather than be a separate damage reduction shield makes it near useless with high defence or combined with Circle of Power or using Sanctuary etc since it seems to hit an 80% DR cap

You also forgot to mention the changes undergone to powers of Devoted Clerics such as Anointed Army or that the Ancient Warding will now be broken in this build etc..
Also are you going to fix companion influence? Stats gained to companion by the said bonus (which incorrectly only buffs only the base stats of the companion (HP/power/crit/arm.pen for a striker) and not even the enhancements if has on it) are not transmitted through bonding runestones at all.

If you take the DPS from the Owlbear Cub, then why not make a Pillar of Power SW? This skill is broken. According to the description it deals damage. But 100% critical chance - critical damage is not. Pillar of Power SW must also be done according to the description of how Tyrannical Curse. Pillar of Power needs to deal critical damage according to the description and parameters of the character.
PoP composes around 4% of my damage, it's "usefullness" is mostly the buffs, picking up all the other damages and taking from them the % buffed by PoP, PoP is already too powerfull. In my opinion with the current state of SW if temptation gets more team buffs i see another MOF rene similar coming and everybody know that there aren't many MOF rene because buffs are great but if your party is bad then they wont pay off. PoP should have reduced buffs, increased area and crit chance because:
-Buffs are so high, easy to apply and long lasting that not just the sw profits largelly from it, but also all the team faced with that HB has almost the obligation to use it, and many SW's all that care about it self DPS;
-It's a contribution to make SW's a better choice than Devotion paladins, with my current buffs/insignia i make faster and fater uns of eTos with my sw than my OP.
-Curse bit works worse than other aoe's in most situations, if PoP had synergy with this encounter, we might see people using it;
-Power of the nine hells is great, but most players dont realise that they have to step on it to get buffs, if the area is not getting increased, please change the way the feat explanation is written.
