In siege the kills come mostly from owlbear cub because op has high innate power, it is unmitagable damage and procs from every tick of binding light. There are still some palas in lvl 70 dom but it is very rare to actually come across one nowadays.

I was bullwark untill 2.3k IL and when i changed i felt a huge improvement across the board. Right now, Justice provides better tanking, dps (consequently aggro) and party buffs. I see no reason whatsoever for a high IL to forfeit justice in favor of bullwark.

I'm also experiencing freezes during pvp and i'm running windows 7 but with everything at max, as i always have been. I'm going to try again with minimum but i expect this to be a temporary solution. Also it only happens in PVP. No problems in any pve environment.

the yellow bar overlaps the red bar, thats why it covers 90% of the red one. if you get more temp hp than your actual hp, the red bar disapears completely. the "graph" is not made as % of temp hp / hp.
the tooltip for templar's wrath is correct. it does give you 300% of total damage done, you have to take in account the amount of mobs that get hit with it, because it sums up. go test it out with dummies before you make such claims.
