I finally came to a possible explanation. This "purchase" was done in the protector's enclave. Maybe, something happened because of the lag. End of the story, my ticket is closed now. They cannot revert back this purchase. Than you :)

I got a similar issue with the juma bags. When I try to open multiple bags rushing the open button, the game always autoequip everything I got from those bags binding them to the char. It's kust bad luck. I did something like 100 runs. In the first 20 runs I got 0 enchanting stone. But after a bit I started to get something. One of my guild mates got 20 rank 5 in 12 runs and I got 0 rank 5 in 20 runs. It's just matter of luck
