How did you buy it? Arc or Steam?

If you already have the 7 day waiting period I don't know if there is a way to remove it now, you may just have to wait it out.
However, there are ways you may be able to prevent it from happening in the future.

I know if you purchase zen through steam there is an auto 7 day waiting period before you can sell the zen or items bought off the zen market.
If you make multiple zen purchases this seems to also cause a 7 day waiting period.

There may be other things that cause this to happen but I do not know of them.

    Hope this helps.

Buying zen through Steam is not automatically 7 days. Steam purchases get the account on probation until Arc receives the payment from Steam. This could be a few days, or 2 weeks.

The 7 days bind is something that everyone should have but it's removable.

I got this probation in the past and I acted according to this article. I sent a ticket to the support asking for the removal of the support explaining about the age of my account, the security and the other past purchases. There aren't any requirements written, so I don't know exactly what you should have to remove this probation but you should try sending a ticket (maybe addressing the problem to billing issue)

This is correct. It used to mainly just happen when you buy via Steam, but as fraud is not just Steam specific, they have widened it to include all platforms. It's a way to protect the company against credit card fraud. It sucks, but it shouldn't happen to anyone extremely often.

Btw, the removal of the probation doesn't remove the 7 days "bind on account" that you alredy have but prevents the boa on the next purchases

If I remember correctly, they did put a timer on the bound status and it now goes away after the probation period.
