Bugged bhe reward in stronghold map

My guild is managing to do large party with lots of guildmates for the 10 heroic fragment reward of the bhe in stronghold. Some of my guildmates noticed that sometimes they don't get their daily 10 frag from this encounters. In this days, I managed to in investigate this issue and actually I saw that this is an effective bug beacause I did an encounter with my main pg and I didn't get those 10 daily fragment. The last time that I did those bhe was yesterday before the "daily reset" and now at 4:00 PM CET.
1° encounter 16 April 9:00 PM CET 10 fragment as reward -- 2° enconter 17 April 4:00 PM CET no reward
Please let me know if this is normal, maybe I am missing something or it is an effective bug

    24 hours.

    Only applies to the tier 3 HEs; Beholders, Giants, Crises, No Sympathy.

    Ah, thank you. I'll try next time after 24 hours. I thought that this interval was related to the daily reset. Thank you

    I tested this with my guildmates, and I can 100% confirm that's not 24 hours.
    Latest test:
    1st 21 April 11:30 PM 10 fragment -- 2nd 22 April 8:30 PM 10 fragment
    (no mantainance between 21 april and 22) tested with the same type of encounter "giants"
    It's not an impression, it's bugged

    Most daily counters are 20 hours not 24. This is the case with the Heroic Shards from the Stronghold.

    ETA, if you need to do the BHE at a time before the 20hrs have passed, just don't open the reward for it until after the time has passed. HE Rewards are determined when you open them, not when you earned them. That way you can still get your credit if running with guildies.

    Interesting, i did hundreds and hundreds of influence stacking in many years but I never thought about stacking bhe. Now I feel very stupid. Btw, thanks guys I'm going to stack a lot of bhe on a lot of alts now =)
