Feel free to check out the zen store. For the low-low price of 3500 zen you can buy a guaranteed login potion. Prevents freezing and crashing for 1 hour. Also on sale, for 9800 zen, is the "quest giver dialogue" potion. For 30 minutes, you can accept quests from all NPC's. Move fast.

Any time you can take real life money and buy end game gear, the game becomes pay to win. It does not matter if you buy the gear with cash or change the cash into zen and then into AD, the bottom line is your cash bought the gear. Regardless if he gets the AD's or not, he needs to have his Zen refunded. If they took the AD away with the rollback, he needs to be given his Zen back. Anything short of that is theft by PWE.

If this was a Beta, they would have done a full wipe. You can't hide behind the beta excuse when it is convenient for you. They accept money, they refuse to wipe to set the server straight. There is nothing beta about this.
