  I have tickets that haven't been answered in months, don't hold your breath.

  Tell them you found an exploit with the Cash Shop, they'll respond in a day or so. Otherwise don't hold your breath.

  I waited 10 days for a refund...Today I got fed up and opened a dispute on paypal. They sent me an email saying my account was suspended within mins. lol. It amazes me how fast a company works when it comes to money, but when it come to fixing a game it becomes a stalemate. I am sure it's automated suspension, however it's just funny that my account gets suspended because I opened up a dispute and some who exploited gets nothing.
