If you discard wooden insignia can't get a new one and complete the new Artifacts and Insignia quest. Cant drop quest to re-start either. Same thing with etched glass enchantment and how enchanting quest

If there is a significant change (Number of keys or posting fee as example) in how VIP works then there should be a option to convert some or all of your unused time as VIP into the new rewards or keys.

well new weapons is 4 sets of RNG - RNG To get essence fro ME chest, RNG for soul to spawn in ME, RNG for weapon to go to you in party, RNG its a weapon for your class.
