My brother and I both received the 25 reroll tokens but my nephew's account didn't. It was also odd that when I first checked on my account at around 10:40am EST, it didn't show up, but when I checked again at 11am it was there.

I've noticed that a few types of these items can be traded in, but others can't. Some other old stuff got obsoleted as well, like "unlock slots for companions" tokens and various other items that got removed after companions/experience gain was changed in various modules.

As others have said, big chunks of IL now come from having upgraded companions and mounts. So you want to get 10 of each as high as you can, aim for at least purple/epic. ZAX isn't broken. Base issue is accounts can fairly easily grind 3 million AD per month, but once your character is mostly developed you don't have a lot you need to spend that AD on. Boxes will still drop their figurines, so get what you can each day until the event ends. If you hit 15, you're good, if not, buy some renown bags and save the *bags* (since if you open them for renown, that also evaporates).

Just as a note, the vendor sticks around for an extra week usually (unless they've changed that), and you can save up some bounties to open during that week, so you can pick up another 6-7 figurines that way.
