It does seem odd. I tested this a couple of days ago and earned a total 206% (2 rewards) before being capped. If the OP started at 21%, got two rewards and then capped at 75%, that would suggest exactly 250% was the cap they got.

I've had 10 of these drop, 2 x 5 ea, both from Master of The Hunt! So far, the only thing I can find to unbind is Coal Wards at 80/1 and Pres Wards at 1/1. It would still be nice to have the chance to let Tanks/Healers discuss which way to go.
