Maybe make it a separate tab on the mailing, and don't allow items to be placed in it. Kind of like the guild message system, and then make it so you can only add people on your friends list to make it so spammers don't have an easier time.
But here's the thing this effects all TR's not just semi-perma TR's, (again read my first post where I address this). If anything more-so than semi-perma TR's because semi-perma have a larger margin of error. Basically you screw up once with stealth it isn't as big of a deal because your cool downs are so low that you can…
I tend to agree with Trace on this, basically you don't really change that much since you can only have 2 class features/3 encounters/2 daily's/2 at-wills at a time. All this does is give you access to all your skills without really buffing you, just giving you more versatility.
If it was a non-combative pet, they can go stealth, use block, switch stances all they want since it doesn't affect their purpose at that point, and the fact they can't take damage makes it a moot point. Again see my first post, I specifically mention "non-combative" companions. Otherwise no, I don't think a fawn should be…
No they talked about it but haven't said anything as to how or what they want to do with stealth. But honestly the entire class needs a complete rework to not gimp us or make us over powered a lot needs to be changed.
Erm, if you're tanky enough you can easily get away from Perma TR's we have to land duelist flurry to really do damage to you. Just keep running, it's not like you have a node to hold. Edit: Basically this means you can take full advantage of your kiting abilities now. Second Edit: Except during the event where you have to…
Tooltip says it's nerfed by about 25% on PTR. But I don't know if that's from the change to power making it no longer calculate on tooltips the same as what it used to, or if they actually nerfed it. I'll run some test later in the week and get back to you.
To the people saying matches should be no longer than 15 minutes: 1000 Total Points needed /3 points per second = 333.333 Seconds/60 Seconds in a minute = 5.55 Minutes not including the few seconds it takes to get across the map. So let's round that up to 6 minutes for capture time and travel time, basically the minimum…
Nah, wouldn't be more points would just resume getting points so long as your team had control of the node prior. On a second note another easy way to cut down on the time is simply double the amount of points you get per node tick. So instead of 1 point per node per tick, it would be 2 points per node per tick.
Trace you're misunderstanding. Essentially, if you have control of a node and outnumber your opponent on the node you gain points. Instead of allowing for 1 person to stop point gain. There are plenty instances of 2v1 hold out fights, or single target wipes. During that time the 2 people would be gaining points for their…
No, because you're bettering yourself for future games. That's when the most learning occurs :) Because, almost every good PVP player I know started with PVE including their spec and then wanted to get better at PVP. You're hindering their learning of their class by not allowing them to experience both aspects of the game.…
I've said this in a match before, but until the opposing team has 1000 points; the loss hasn't occurred. One of the ongoing jokes in our guild is anytime someone says "I can't do [insert anything]", we respond with "Well not with that attitude". You fight, you scrap, you claw, and if you come out the loser you can at least…
People have been asking for this idea since beta; if anything I think this could start to lessen the gap between the PVP/PVE community and give them both a common goal of making some of the most interesting area's in the game.
Neither, I think the system itself should be improved; and also the people's mentality entering into pvp. As it is people give up way too frequently, and all this does is reward that defeatist attitude. Edit: Also if you're getting stomped that bad, the maximum you have to wait is 10-15 minutes, the shortest being about 5…
Ok so here's the thing, you increase the rewards for foundry, and more people start to run them. More people start to run foundry the more interest there is in improving foundry. The more interest in improving foundry the more likely the devs will focus on improving the foundry and adding features.
Non-combative pets don't have any abilities in the first place. They're basically enchants; or extensions of gear. Which currently our gear goes into stealth with us.
Oh man, can we pick two? I would love to see better boss mechanics and increased rewards. Some of the most amazing things have been made through modding, and essentially this is the first MMO that's allowed some form of modding in it. Granted there will always be bad with the good. But that can easily be weeded out.
While that may be the case, they haven't said the stealth rework is at the front of their list or will be done any time soon. And it's not a nerf to stealth it's a complete negation of it. For augmentation we can chose either a stone or a cat. A stone can be place inside our leather armor or hood to keep it hidden, and…
