Waters of Elah'zad and HD

Healing Depression not working on Waters of Elah'zad, they heal at 100% (legend art heal 8.6k in pvp). And HD not working on
Unstoppable Recovery(GWF sentinel feat): Activating Unstoppable now grants you 1/2/3/4/5% of your maximum Hit Points. Gwf with 35-40k healed on 1.4-2k hp when activation unstoppable.

    I am only asking this since I as an HR have a number of feats/boons which increase healing to me. So when you say full amount are you taking things like that into account? Only asking.

    You're forgetting, Miracle Healers set Clerics, HR profound set, GWF T1 pvp set.

    yeah, this game is getting really awful. Lot of unresolved bugs reported MANY times, changes that broke clases and mechanics, lot of crushing and performance issues, tons of lag.
