Thanks for the replies, I have found that the lag still persists or "stuttering" but much less on Eu2 proxy. Eu1 proxy wont even let me connect and US proxy rubberbands me like crazy and the none option has skill lag and a lot of stuttering. So I forced Eu2 proxy on each of the games and seems at least semi playable now.…
I have the same problem in champions as well. How would I fix this problem? And why don't other mmos do the same thing then? And why would eu proxy be better than us?
So temporary fix: Switched to EU Proxy, with direct x 9 enabled and firewall/anti virus protection disabled....im scared to change any of this.... hope it continues to work...theres a tiny bit of skill lag though :(
its not a GPU problem im almost positive. every other game runs perfect max. besides CO and STO. WoW, GW2, FFXIV etc run great. Update though: I tried switching to EU proxy yesterday and it wouldn't even let me connect, but today it works, and It is actually stuttering a lot less.....and I am an the US.... why would this…
Safe mode still stutter unfortunately =/ and its AMD and I am using catalyst control to force the card to work for the game. I know it is because of the AMD moniter shows the card working when game on
I have tried all those things already stated in my list. P150em has switchable graphics with intel 4000 and 7970m which should max mostly any game with no problem.
posted another post here : http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?497541-Please-Read detailing everything I have tried. If anyone has same issues please post!

Went to the lengths of removing everything and reinstalling windows. Still same issues. The three gmaes I want to play....all have same problem...unfortunately all by same company -_-. champions, STO, and this all have the stuttering.Hope someone has a resolution to this.
Would really like a dev to reply to this or something. Tried everything. Wired, change wireless settings, change graphics settings, change direct x, tried port forwarding, tried flushing dns, tried swapping launcher for a different one as suggested by a dev a month ago from a different post. tried proxy. So Neverwinter…
UPDATE: the wifi settings did not do a thing, problem still persist with same frequency today. Not sure why it temp worked last night for a few minutes.
I can max every game fine as well and never had interent problems but, maybe this game requires a little different wifi settings? I have no idea if this actually solved the problem yet but i hope so. I know nothing about networking so not sure if that helped or not.
Might have a little fix, not completely but better. Went into router settings and changed it from 2.4 to 5ghz and made the bandwidth 40 instead of 20 and the slideshow glitch i was expreienceing subsided a bit. But i did have rubberbanding issues for the first time when i switched. Also manually changed to direct x 9 in NW…
Update. I'm trying /netgrpah in neverwinter and ping changes a lot from 120s-200s rapidly. also seems to be unpacking a crapload of stuff all the time. and sometimes when that freezing is happening i encounter the ping test freezes as well at a certain number for s short time. wish a dev would help out on this. I also have…
So just to make sure, I downloaded WoW, and guild wars 2 again and they ran flawlessly. I then jumped on champions online and the same stuttering of moving things persists in that game just like neverwinter. Makes me think they will never fix this issue if its still present in an older game like champions.... sad
