You arent sure how it works,... Regen of 2000 means at 0hp you will regen 2000 on the tick. if you are at 50% hp you will get 1000, and so on

This needs to be addressed by devs in SOME FORM , please communicate with us so we know whats going on. This bug IS game breaking - I am finding it harder and harder to get dungeon time because more people are realising the problem.

LOL yeah , i still have one from a year ago .....I just wish I could pay a subscription of some sort so people who have put real money into the game could have problems like this resolved , rather than it being a complete lose/lose for everyone. pve wise well, look at arp , i went on preview and discovered the IT tabbed CoI was very controlling not to mention the dmg from coi reduced but IT bumped also the fact that you can "nearly" permafreeze mobs its pretty nifty.and the arp change well, i can only say its great. This is a great question/discussion point / topic - I run a 17K cw and I too am having trouble getting the items -Even though in many cases I have been first to start damage, control/dps adds and nuke the boss yet a cw who turned up after 50% got the item I can output some good damage [even in pvp spec] what i want to know…

Upon testing some enchants - the accuracy is really off putting I think i have sold /refined all other enchants i have had and now run only SF as it works well and should be termed "OP" compared to the rest
