IWD Heroic Encounters

Since Thursdays update I cannot get any higher then 75 Black Ice rewarded for Heroics! I have tried 3 days straight now and everyone, is the same. Prior to whatever update was on Thursday I could achieve "Great Success" 3 out of 10 times, however in the last 3 days I have not gotten "Great Success" once. I am 16k gs full Black ice but Main hand.
Shieldbash 60 GF ~ Iron Vanguard 19.0k
Overpowered 60 CW ~ Thaumaturge 14.5k

    This may coincide with the broken dungeon chests
