easy to get around this, buy items that have a set AD salvage amount, send to alt, alt salvages and then refines, AD sent. You just have to know the salvage value of certain items to not lose AD.

while this may sound good to you: a) it will never happen b) if they did it they would lose a very large portion of their player base, people wouldn't understand because it doesn't make any sense. c) so, therefore, it will never happen

It's possible to find them in end chest of a Skirmish, but the odds are very small. I found a lantern that way, while doing a skirmish with a level 30ish character.

I think he was thinking of the transformation part after its been refined But I agree, there needs to be a better way to do it rather than 5 at a time. Im one of those people with tons of level 2&3 enchants from all of my profession choices.

I think the whole thing around this (and I've thought of it) was what they did in WoW for things like this. They, in instances where XP was received when the player was level capped, would turn the unneeded XP into gold.

ditto, downloaded DDO online free to play and am enjoying that, and from the little I've seen I'm seriously thinking of spending money on it. As opposed to this train wreck of a game which will never get a dime.

My guess is they made it high on Preview so people could get the mount easily and try it out. You'd think that would be top on the list of "things to turn off" when migrating to the live side, lol.
