I feel sorry for you having to only get exploit runs in pugs. When that happens to me or my wife, we drop group immediately and always report whomever is exploiting or cheating. Guilds do not have to be individually powerful for GG. The way it is set up has nothing to do with your guilds own power level but rather coordination and strategy.
