I'd recommend warlock, I don't see many of them but they can do crazy heals and insane dps, I think warlock will be my next aim and put Howie on hold, I'm already op with 10k power ;).

My armour pen will hit 24% when I get horn of blasting and go up ap and then drop a draconic to get the 2500

Well somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed, just don't do PvP until you get better gear then work on getting tenacity to PvP and play your class well, then it gets more enjoyable for sure.

High vizier is the best set, don't use two peice sets as you will probably regret it in the future, HV is just end game gear.

First off you can only use normal bezels and best chance of gemmed items is 28% with 3 Mithral Crucibles. And I can't say if CoI is best for tab but Sudden storm gives aoe which can be pretty good. But as anything It's debatable..

Focus on your stats and not gearscore.

I feel we are as much behind as we are now for a reason so they get a feel of what's good and bad and fix it in the PC version before implementing it into the bigger worldwide community via Xbox One. A mistake on a large player base is fatal and can kill a game quickly.
