Race ReRoll Token

Hello, I have recently purchased zen with AD to reroll my trickster rogue. Is there somewhere I need to go to obtain this token. I selected "race reroll" on the char select screen but nothing happens. Sorry for **** question, but any help would be appreciated :)

    When you buy it, close the game fully and press quit on the game then 're open and then race re-roll.

    Hmm, yeah it's still not working. When I select "race reroll" nothing happens :/

    It sounds like you haven't purchase it yet. Though you may have the Zen for it, you need to purchase the token in the Zen Store while logged into one of your characters. Once purchased, log out using the "Change Character" option. Now, when you press "Y" and select "Race Reroll" you'll have the option to do so.

    Got it figured out. Wasn't closing all the way out. Thank you guys. Please close
