I've seen the quest but never played it, sorry. My only guess as to why it was removed could probably be due to copyright stuff....I was considering making a quest too revolving around Game of Thrones, maybe a little dust up at one of littlefingers brothels, but if they're busting anything that could pose them legal…
from my experience, most D&D games used the current TT rules...Baldurs gate used 2.0, so did planescape & icewind dale, i think there was a D20 game too...although they tended to license that system out to other games. I haven't had any TT D&D experience since they first released 3.0
I think maybe a lot of people had / have issue with the fact that we can't assign stats via a pool and really customize a toons stats the way you'd be with the TT game.
are you talking about DDO? I heard that game is really really bad...i even tried to play, and you have to request a key from the devs via email..i requested one, never got it, guess they didn't want me to play. I also heard the cash shop was WORSE than what people deem NW to be. I could be wrong, not having first-hand…
OP, hope I can make you feel a little better. I purchased both the Hero & Guardian packs. I played the game for a few hours before buying the Hero, and it was my second day of playing I got the Guardian. I don't regret the purchases. NW did these packs right, in that all the items you want to be able to make characters…
$260 for the two founders packs, that's all i plan on investing for now...zen isn't going anywhere, neither are keys. I'll get my monies worth out of the packs, then decide down the line if I want to get some zen to unlock my lockboxes.
LOL!!! my first day of playing I kept seeing [ZONE]........ didn't realize right away that it meant the zone I was in, i kept trying to ban this player ZONE as all i saw was him filling up the chat. then I read a little more, and saw the players name after that. I laughed.
sounds more like burnout...you just played the game so much that you want to puke when you look at it. take some time away...maybe a week, then come back. It might be fresh then. I'm going through this with MWO now, I haven't played in a month or two, I really want to, but when I log in to play, the desire just fades out…
I can see this game getting dull / getting burn out, but I get this with every game I play. I only started saturday and have one toon at 18, and sure i'm doing some things over and over again, but this is the nature of video games. I have to take a couple of days off. Take your time with a new title, as we all know the…
there's no fallacy in it, you paid for your car to not enjoy it? you only purchase things out of necessity? you don't have entertainment or do you not spend money on entertainment. using extreme examples like drugs, well that will suit your point, but it's not really the right arguement. people like sex too, maybe they…
I DID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NO FEE...then after about 4 hours, i bought in as I like the product. I'm a fool for supporting a product I would like to be a success, if people don't support it, THEN THERE WILL BE NO GAME TO SPEAK OF. When the game tanks, I suppose people like you / the person I was going back and forth with…
there are 4 classes, but then you flesh them out using the feat points, and each class has 3 builds. so even though I chose a "tank" as my main build, through feats and skills, I can basically make a shielded DPS character. AD&D had a ton of classes (but most were vanilla classes that then specialized or multi-classed),…
you don't agree with the prices the company has determined, that's fine, I have a few titles I'm in the same boat on, but who the #$% are you to tell people how to feel about and how to spend the money they worked for? did someone die and make you the CPA of the boards? then you assume the expense drops people below the…
well, what I really meant was that the product exists on a harddrive or CD, a company removing / closing up game servers is a circumstance beyond the end users control. let's say that all else being equal, the digital product is there. all things come to an end, I understand, but I was really referring to things that the…
no, tt games are accustomed to spending 25 - 60 PER BOOK, as you said, a book that they will keep forever assuming, binding doesn't break, fire, dog eating it, drinks spilling on it, kids ripping out pages, all the things that can happen to the book. the digital medium is there forever. PC craps out, they can still…
it's already infinitely better than DDO, why? - because I was able to create an account & play on day 1 - didn't have to wait for a free CD key email to come, which never did
nothing wrong with the folding chair, didn't expect to be that into the game where i was in it for a much longer time than normal...but hey, I have a job, meet my other financial responsibilities and can go buy a chair next week if I chose to. The founders were a total impulse buy. what's your point anyway? that because I…
So now you're the authority to tell people how to spend THEIR money? Eff you dude, that's pretty effing rude and ballsy. Do you give your money to that bum on the street who will promptly drop that 20 on a bottle of Jack? Doesn't sound like it. I think it's SAD that blizzard got you for $2k and has given you absolutely…
are you sure? I have the hero of the north pack, and that opened up the drow for me...you might be right, just want to be sure...this is the hooded character just to the right of center of the screen I believe.
