Ran some ACT logs on dummies on PE. DPS went from 27.5k on live to 8.6k on preview. I honestly couldn't care less about dps nerfs even though it's rougly 65-80% reduction in best cases. Whats even more pathetic is the fact that it was one of the top end guild's members. All rank 9-10s and legendary artifacts. I'd suggest the respawn point/campfire adjacent to pvp zone be removed so it is harder for these scums to abuse it.

Update: To all the gentlemen who took the time to answer my question, thank you very much! I just hit level 53 on my GWF and got into Rothe Valley and found some interesting information, I hope this is correct and I am looking forward to getting this item. (If the queue ever pops up that is. :P)

Thanks for the replies everyone! I am still looking for answers. It's not legacy btw.. At least there's no mention of it in any patch notes. And about buying that belt from AH.. why would i buy that for 250k? It used to sell for like 10k AD few weeks ago until some *** decided to play AH.

You can do it here as well. You don't have to remove rank 5 enchants from gear to slot in a rank 7 when you decide to upgrade.
