Can anyone tell me where does one find this?

Note that it has 1151 HP.. The seal trader and astral diamond trader have 1061 and 853 hp versions.

    It's maybe a GWF only class specific belt, that you can get with a GWF-quest. I have as GF a Neck same lvl 55, which require my class.

    Never seen it before. Do you know if it is a legacy item like the old Seal of the Executioner?

    There are a few posted in the AH. Buy out is 250k. Not bad.

    I'm not 100% sure where you get the 1151 belt, but there won't be much of a difference between that and the 1063 one, especially if you're running sent. build. I might be able to ask a few guildies where exactly it's located, but my best guess would be it's a legacy item.

    Thanks for the replies everyone! I am still looking for answers. It's not legacy btw.. At least there's no mention of it in any patch notes.

    And about buying that belt from AH.. why would i buy that for 250k? It used to sell for like 10k AD few weeks ago until some *** decided to play AH.

    If it's anything like the angelic gauntlets for healers. It would be in the lvl appropriate normal dungeon. Which I think is Spider.

    My GWF is only level 36 atm. Really hoping to find it on my way to 60. :l

    you should buy it as soon as possible, because I think they nerfded it like the seals of executioner. last time i saw the npc that sells it, it was a 700 hp version.

    Seal of the Executioner wasnt mentioned in the patch notes either when that was changed.

    however what was mentioned in the patch notes was a general note that seal vendor items were slightly changed/adjusted.

    So i would guess this would be one of those items.

    I think I remember seeing that item drop in a story dungeon (Edge of the Underdark?) while I was leveling up a recent character. Have no idea what the stat rating was though as my partner was a GWF who got it. If it does come from that dungeon, you might luck into it by trading in Symbols of Lolth to the bounty master in Rothe Valley. I've gotten blue dungeon items out of the bags in Hotenow, so it might be possible there as well.

    No. Current seal vendor version has 1063 hp.

    I think's is dropped from the first boss of Temple of the Spider ( not sure at 100% ). Try take a look at it

    Patch notes did not document specifics of which items were changed, but when seal items went BoP, their stats were also revamped, sometimes dramatically. This was all covered in a single note on the reworking of seal items across all classes.

    Update:
    To all the gentlemen who took the time to answer my question, thank you very much!
    I just hit level 53 on my GWF and got into Rothe Valley and found some interesting information,
    I hope this is correct and I am looking forward to getting this item. (If the queue ever pops up that is. :P)

    Yep. Confirmed! Got it from normal ToS chest!

    No more AH scumbags overcharging for an item so easy to obtain.
