I would agree with the tool tip bit but in this case the only solution is to make them usable. The only artifacts that can't be used are reclaimable or some event/campaign rewards. Any heart that drops from a dungeon should be usable as refinement.

1 st group 4 dps 1 gf, 2nd grp 2 op 3 dc. Easy win if you're working together. First phase stay on carpet and in tha buffs. Have your pallys coordinating skills/auras. 2nd phase let the damn tanks bring storvald off the wall and turned around before the squishys even think about getting close. Rinse repeat till last phase.…

On Xbox everybody sort of expects the double astral. Save up a couple months then salvage it all. Rinse, repeat. It has been that way since I started playing.

I was not aware that you guys have had only 2 since mod 3. Suppose I'll have to start salvaging and keep the characters stocked up for if and when it does come

A good reason would be that everyone is accustomed to them and plan around them. IMO not giving us double astral and not addressing us about it is going to <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> alot of people off.

Assuming I'm not the only person who has been missed I'm wondering how many people who are not aware of this compensation will never even know they were missed.

I purchased 140 parcels from zen market and opened them all. My total opened gifts is just over 300. I have received nothing.

Bad rng is bad rng. You are at least getting the items you weren't getting with your bad rng before. I got 10 epic companions, both gond mounts, a forgehammer, and a throne of the lion with 140 bought parcels. I'm excited to get my refunded parcels and do it again.

There is a video on YouTube and it's very easy to confirm. Look for Forge Fire in combat log after a boss easier as a tank to confirm. I just think it's bs that the tool tip lies to you about what it does and they are selling it in the zen market. Take it down or fix the tooltip currently they are scamming players.
