Hateful Knives should be your only primary daily. As a secondary you can choose whatever you want, but suggest something aoe like Killing Storm. (This being if your trying to play WK as ST / hybrid. If you are just making an aoe build then disregard)

Not a skill I even use. Entering stealth reducing cooldowns is far more important for my playstyle. (i believe you are referring to first paragon choice but I might be wrong and if so disrgard). The upcoming changes will add some nice damage buffs so Iwouldnt worry about this much. (SoD + Ambush + Dagger)

10 encounters is 60s secs (ish) is not spamming. that's averaging 1 per six seconds (and in truth your probably using 2-3 at a time assuming you start it with all your cd cleared). 'Greatly reduced' effectively making the class virtually useless. Even in the old mod with 12k recovery and 60% AP gain i could still not spam my encounter over and over as you claim.
