After opening the store and the second task in that chain , my weapon cost is 120 EoE and off hand 60 EoE. That is about a week of EoE playing lazy. It is possible to get enough EoE for the offhand in 2 days.
5 to 1 exchange rate would limit the dragon key purchaces for sva chests to 150 max... do you think they would go for that. Right now with a 5% drop rate on the superior marks you need about 500 keys.
I am pretty sure he means exchanging the marks for the rarer mark, 5 greater marks to 1 superior mark of the same type from the same instance - SVA in this case. With the key change and most likely a serious drop in people going to MSVA , it will take months of grinding or many hundreds of keys to upgrade epic to legendary.
Guilds that are not in an alliance can not tend their production buildings. In less than a day production building storage will be full and we will start to lose our basic materials. SH advancement will stop for how ever long it takes to fix this.

What are the limits in actual numbers then? Because refining 4x artifact equipment costs over 16M refining points, if you grind out 4 stacks of peridots a day you still would take 80 days... or to the next mod to refine all the artifacts. That is a minimum of 200 drops a day for the enchants to be usable.

Indeed after awhile the enchants just stop working. You can still get pretty decent kill rates if you go after the weaker mob packs. Atleast a dozen kills a minute and with 9% drop rate ... i should be getting 60 or so drops an hour. Instead I am getting something like 10 at best and then slowly stopping working totally.…
